“It was simply to make the purchase. I chose your company because it advertised free next day delivery. Sadly the order placed on Friday has not yet been delivered, end of day on Monday. I needed the cool box tomorrow morning!!”

“Ordered a mini fridge for delivery on the 11th september. Stayed in all day waiting for the delivery. When contacting the company was sent on a wild goose chase to find where the parcel was to be told it is being returned to sender. Informed the company of this and was proceeded to be told that i would have to pay for another deliver as i wasnt in to recieve it. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am still waiting for a refund and will be going to the ombundsman.”

“Needed a tiny fridge for front of shop coffee machine. this is the perfect solution it holds 2 x 1 pint bottles. easy to set up. Delivery was excellent, as promised next day. thank you for a great product.”

“Ordering was easy and the fridge was due to be delivered on Friday 18th September, waited all day no delivery. Only to get a message On line to say ‘sorry we missed you ‘ which was a totally false at the time mentioned 14.10 I was having my lunch in the sitting room looking out for them. No one turned up. No missed you slip put through the door to confirm that they had attempted to deliver the Fridge. Unacceptable behaviour of the delivery people. So I have not. Got the fridge. I telephoned the number given the gentleman told me to ring on Monday to reschedule. His comment was that the driver does not get paid if the delivery was not done. Who pays me having taken the day off. So no fridge yet.”

“Super speedy free delivery really helpful when needing temp replacement for broken fridge freezer, arrived next day and product seems really good, well packaged and fridge is really quiet and very useful 70l size. Amazing how much you can actually fit in. Super product.”

“Ordered for next day dey. Once completed and paid I was told it would be 18th September . I emailed asking for confirmation that it wouldn’t be any later. I didn’t receive a reply. I have rung three times this week and this morning I was told that it was out for delivery. Today I rang at four o clock to be told they would be in today and out for delivery next week. I waited in all day !! Not convinced. I will get it next week Monday or Tuesday which is what I am now being told. Not happy with your service . This was a birthday present which has now passed.”
