The fridge was delivered late because the postcode was incorrect. Sending the Fridge to Angel in London instead of Manchester.

The fridge arrived with a few scratches and the inside was marked . The door did not shut properly. Contacted Sarah at after sales, agreed to send photographs which we did, but heard nothing , rang in again and was told they hadn't received the photos - resent them to after sales and new sales - still nothing.. Tried ringing told they hadn't received them. Sent again , but was concerned as I was told that they would have to receive the photos and if they agreed there was a problem ,they would arrange for the fridge to be collected. Then once they had received the fridge a replacement sent if necessary. The time involved and the extra hassle was too much. We have kept the fridge and don't use it - we are going to see if we can get it mended through a friend. Sorry but this was not good service and although everyone was polite it felt that they were stalling . Sorry I personally cant recommend this company.

Thank you for your review regarding your fridge. As with all Clearance models they do have slight damage / scratches that is why they are discounted and non returnable. This is stated on our website. It didn't really. A bit tinny and not very cold. Handle doesn't feel very durable. Time will tell

Thank you for your review regarding our 15lt mini fridge. This model is designed as an ideal cooler for keeping snacks and cans of drink in so will not run less than 5 degrees C. The fridge is noisy and the door is difficult to shut .

As this fridge is designed to run at 30dB, may we suggest that you try and stand the fridge on another surface as certain surfaces can cause a vibration escalating any noise. I expected the fridge to be a new one, however it appears to have been returned to you by a lady from Blackpool who was not satisfied with it. Not only that but included in the reason for not wanting the fridge there were all her details, address, telephone number etc. In addition to this the plug was broken but I have replaced this myself.

The Mini Fridge is a very presentable appliance. It does however struggle to achieve the 5 degree standard. On the unit I purchased, there is also a pool of water on the bottom of the compartment that requires a regular mop-up. The cause of these issues may be due to the door seal being fitted incorrectly. Mini Fridge reckon the seal is not important. They agreed over phone to refund fully. 20 minutes later I received an email stating they would not honour the refund. So, if you buy one of the Mini Fridges, let's hope you don't have any problems with it. You might not get very good after sales service

i did not recieve any confirmation of purchase or an invoice for my records, also when i called the company it took 40 minutes to get through to someone as the answer service just kept cutting me off.

The delivery was quick, but the fridge isn't what it claims to be. The fridge was received well packaged, but covered in scratches and looked worn. Also although it is supposedly a quiet fridge at 30db (a whisper) it is louder than the hard-drive of a 20-year old computer- I can hear it over cars passing my window. Definitely not built for being in a bedroom which is in use, unless the fan at the back is covered up! Also the fridge takes forever to cool anything down, so even pointless at its main function. All in all this product has been fairly disappointing!

No response as yet to my complaint, 3 fridges ordered, one dented, one seal is not connecting to the fridge so its not cooling properly. one is ok. speedy delivery however

This fridge was bought to cool wine and beers, I've turned control to high and still doesn't feel cool enough. It looks good,

The fridge was received with damage to the door. A replacement has been requested and is on route. Fast delivery and collection of the damaged fridge.

Motor runs all the time to keep it at 11 degs I've had to either put a cool block in it or chill the wine well down before putting it in.

first fridge received was damaged it looked like it had been dropped , i requested a replacment which arrived next day , unpacked it while the courier was still on site and this was damaged on the door , both damaged fridges returned and a third replacement requested , this turned up next day however it was the wrong fridge a glass door one instead of the plain door , i decided after speaking to my customer to keep it as at least it wasnt a damaged fridge and it was needed

Unfortunately Minifridge work with one of the more user unfriendly delivery companies - APC. They tried to deliver but did not leave a card; promised to deliver the following Friday between 10 and 3 but came at 4 when no-one was in; said they can't specify a delivery time but it will be between 8 and 4; and eventually delivered 8 days late at 5.10. Avoid!!!

The fridge was damaged at the back I have made numerous phone calls and sent an e mail showing the damage Every time I call they say they will be in touch but never do

Their website advertised a 3-day delivery however when I rang on the third day to query the delivery time I was told our order wasn't even in the warehous with no explanation. No one had called or notified and we had gone through the trouble of arranging to work from home that day. I then arrange for another day and asked for delivery between specific time window as it was the only time possible but was told there were no guarantees as they cannot control the couriers. The delivery was made on the rearranged day however not during the requested time - it was only luck that we hadn't yet left for work when the delivery eas made. Poor service and I would not be recommending this merchant to anyone unless you have the luxury of waiting around.

Ordered on Tuesday 5th August at 1415 so was eligible for next day delivery. It's now Friday 8th August and there is no sign of it. I waited in all day on Wednesday and Thursday just in case.
