“Ace fridge”

“Can't fault it. The delivery was good even though it was a bank holiday weekend when we ordered so a day or two to wait. The fridge itself is just about the right size for taking with us on a camping trip. It plugs in to either 12v or another lead for 240v which is ideal. I plugged in to the mains as soon as it got here and within 10 mins the temperature was significantly less than the ambient room temp. I've not tried the warming aspect so can't comment on that yet. The fan noise is to be expected. If you are going camping and have an electric point, it might need positioning somewhere where it's not near you sleeping. Very impressive.”

“Couldn't be more happier. The product had a full description with all the dimensions and ordering Couldn't have been any easier. The 2 guys who delivered my fridge were very friendly and professional, they even put the fridge exactly where we wanted it without even a mumur of a complaint. Would definitely recommend”

“Fridge delivery box delivered soaking wet (and looked damaged), looked like it had been sitting in a decent amount of water for a considerable length of time. Didn't want to take chance and open it, so contacted minifridge.co.uk to politely ask them to send another and pick this one up. Customer service was really poor, telling me to open the box as it "might" be ok (an electrical item sitting in water soaking wet...great!). Rather than being decent they then started arguing with me, then eventually agreed to collect the box/ fridge and send another...but only after they had checked and tested it! I then asked for a refund and they told me only when they receive and then test the fridge, as it's "company policy". I needed it for working away for the next few weeks so to say I am angry is an understatement. Abysmal company and I hope they see sense and work with me to sort this out”
