“Delivery was late. We only picked you because of the free next day delivery. Further to late it came after the suggested time. I appreciate it’s a difficult time but the communication was very bad.”

“Clear website and easy to purchase. I do wish that there was tracking with the order, as although I ordered next day delivery and it did arrive on the next business day, there is some piece of mind in seeing that it's out for delivery on the day.”

“I work for the NHS and ordered this fridge for my staff to use for drinks and food. I have adapted an unused small sitting area to allow them to have rest periods during their working day. I want to say a very big thank you for the speedy delivery which meant it was available for them to use within 48 hours. Thank you MiniFridge.co.uk.”

“Doesn’t get very cool - the lowest I can get it to be is 5 degrees even if I set it to -9! It also says in the instructions that it’s not for continuous use so not really suitable for keeping stuff cool”

“i won’t lie i’m not impressed at all. i tried to cancel the order but no replies to the emails or calls i made to the company. now that i have been unable to cancel my order i have been waiting for the mini fridge to arrive but no arrival , so much for the “next day delivery “. totally disappointed with the customer service with this company!!”
