“Ordering was easy product looks good my only concern is I ordered on the 18/7/20 and today is 21/7/20 and I still do not have a delivery date invoice state's next day delivery (heavy)”

“I recently ordered an iceQ 32 Litre Electric Cool Box. It arrived on time but the dimension on the website were wildly different from the actual box. I had chosen that particular model because I knew it would fit into a space dedicated to a cold box, in my van. This one now does not fit. On calling the company I was told that due to a high level of calls I would be better to email. I did and was sent a job number and informed that they would get beck to me within 2 working days. No they didn't. Reading recent posts I suspect something is happening that is not promising. Poor customer service.”

“Never been so stressed out by a company in my life. Firstly they failed to tell me my item I ordered was out of stock and waited until I chased my order, I then selected a different colour which was fine but then they sent me the completely wrong item. The driver refused to take it back with him so I was stuck with it for days. They then refused to send the item I actually ordered out until they had collected the incorrect item (which is fairly difficult to arrange for someone who works 8-4.30 mon-fri). I booked a day off work so the item could be collected and it was never picked up. It was then picked up a week ago (finally) and I have had to chase my refund THREE times. I’ve phoned this company 3 times today chasing my refund as nothing seems to be happening. Very slow customer service, nobody bothers to apologise, all very blunt and rude. Failing to understand how a company can have such poor customer service?? (Still awaiting my refund by the way)”

“I’m still waiting for the item I ordered to be delivered , suppose to be next day delivery I’ve tried calling 4 times got cut off 3 times and just left hanging on the line which constantly went back to the switchboard which gave you same options again , I didn’t talk to anyone just went round in circles a waste of time , so far not good customer service .”

“For starters, how can anybody NOT buy a mini fridge from a website that states exactly what you want? Yes there are shops like Argos, but it would feel wrong (and you'd know it). I haven't even received the mini fridge, and yet I know that I have made the right decision. I cannot wait to plug this bad-boy in and wait for my milk to get cool. Thank you Mini Fridge.co.uk - you have reassured me that, once again, size doesn't matter. Yes, the fridge may be mini, but it has a whole lotta cool.”

“Only just purchased this great little fridge ideal for what i wanted it for it really keeps cool i didn’t think it would keep as cool as it does but it’s a great bit of kit would recommend to everyone who wants to keep cans,water or anything else cool.”
