ORDERED ON 27TH FOR NRXT DAY DELIVERY STILL WAITING

order placed on 17th July, payment was made on line and was debited from my bank account immediately. However it transpired that it was not a stock item, and we are still waiting for delivery..now after 3rd August. So potential buyers BEWARE, check that items are in stock before paying. Frankly we are dusgusted at the policy.

Buying you fridge on line was very quick and easy but I was very disappointed no feedback to let me know how long till delivery still waiting for email 5 days later

Good Afternoon, I can confirm the product you have ordered is currently only available on pre-order, This information is clearly displayed on our website before checkout. The estimated delivery for this item is week commencing 28th September. You will be contacted nearer the time to arrange delivery. Thank you for your comments. I can see the product you have ordered is currently only available on pre-order, the product is estimated to be back in stock on the 20th July.

I did not have a very good experience with MiniFridge.co.uk. The positives were: (1) the item arrived very quickly; and (2) I did get responses to my emails fairly quickly when I had to contact them. Negatives were: (1) no-one answered the phone and I could only communicate by email; (2) the item they sent was damaged; (3) once I sent it back it took some time for them to acknowledge its return and (3) I asked for a replacement product but was given a refund as they no longer had the item in stock. As this was a present for someone else I, and they, were left quite disappointed.

Still waiting on order. Been trying to get through to delivery company for 3 days. Unfortunately the delivery experience has put me off ordering from here again.

After writing a review stating i have received no confirmation of my purchase, I have since searched through my spam folder and found a confirmation sat there. I would apologise for this, however the remainder still stands.

Its been three days since I ordered the fridge and I have still yet to get it but they are already asking me to review my fridge. I have not even been able to get in contact with the co.pany or the delivery service.

When I ordered the mini fridge it sated I would receive it next working day it’s now a week and no fridge !

I bought the fridge on thursday afternoon with next day delivery. It’s now Sunday evening and no sign of it! They send u tracking information but when you go on there it says tracking the delivery is not possible

The website claimed next day delivery, it didnt arrive. On enquiring, it is on a 1-3 day delivery. Day 3 - no delivery. There is supposed to be a parcel tracking system wiht the courier that needs a consignment number. I have asked 3 times for it and not had a response. The Customer service is very poor.

Delivery was late. We only picked you because of the free next day delivery. Further to late it came after the suggested time. I appreciate it’s a difficult time but the communication was very bad.

I paid for my minifridge last Friday 13 th December with next day delivery I have not been out of the house since and still not received it!

Hi Glyn, All Mainland UK orders placed before 2PM Mon-Thu will be sent on a next day service at no extra charge. Please note the delivery will be made on the next business day, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. Your order was delivered to you on Tuesday.
