About Mindful Extracts:

After a life-threatening motorcycle accident in 2015, Mindful Extracts' founder, Donal Bourke, faced a long road to recovery. A friend encouraged him to try CBD and Mindful Extracts was born...

Mindful Extracts is an ethical company based in Brighton, UK, offering a genuine, holistic focus on wellbeing. In addition to our CBD products and organic supplements, we provide guided meditations, articles and exclusive insights from mindfulness experts.

All our products are suitable for vegans (so, absolutely no animal testing!), our packaging is 100% recyclable and we only use carbon-zero couriers for deliveries. And with every customer purchase, we plant a tree in Indonesia.

“I was really impressed with the whole ethos and transparency of mindful extracts as a company and the fact that they seem to be a company really invested with the quality and results of their products! I love the balm and have found it very effective for pulls and strains when exercising! It also makes me feel quite relaxed when I put it on!! Very happy with my purchase and hope to be purchasing more from mindful extracts again! 🥳”

HI Natasha, glad you are happy with our service and your purchase. Please do call in or email about dosing if you need support. But in a nutshell, start on a small dose and do that consistently for at least a week before stepping up drop by drop incrementally, that way you find the exact right amount for you without using too much and wasting it.
