Millbury hill are great, their courier, DPD, is awful, lost and damaged package never turned up, they first attempted on 03/12/22 and have sent delivery updates daily until 10/01/23, when I called to their depot and they said they had returned to sender.

Think they work hard to get orders out .. but I had a batch of alfa a . And was finding brown pebbles ..in my horses feed bowls and in the feed .. they gave me a free bag . But didnt really care that my horse chocked and coliced and that I was worried for my horses

As you are aware, we did speak with the manufacturer and we had a free bag sent out to you ASAP. We do not manufacture this, so we had to speak with them to report this to their mill. I cannot see from any of the conversations that you have had with our customer service that your horse has choked or had a bout of colic. Excellent product but the delivery charges are too high. They could find a cheaper courier.

I would give you 5 but now for a third time running I have received part of my order over the course of three days from same courier, saying that he could not bring all my parcels on the same day so will come back with more in a day or two and now waiting on yourselves to fulfill the last part of my order and send out to me. If a first time, I could let it go, but 3 times now is far from a good service. I will add here the Courier Driver that delivered was brilliant. This is not his fault but that of the Company he works for. Needless to say, I will be very cautious about what I order from yourselves in the future, till you sort out a good Courier.

Parcel didn't arrive on estimated delivery date. When it was delivered only one item received. The other item arrived the next day.

Great products but delivery was very slow on this occasion so nearly ran out of the food on order. Was told when despatched but then took over a week to arrive

Was not informed my order had arrived in local branch and was available (as promised in ordering process) - had to contact customer service to check it was available . This has happened on 90% of occasions.

Good product at what seem to be reasonable prices but then they hit you with relatively massive delivery charges at check-out for a pretty slow delivery time.

The website was easy to use the price was good but when the items arrived two of the treat buckets were smashed to pieces and the treats were all over the place within the box . Still waiting for refund

Delivery was quick, so was happy with that. But was not impressed as not the cheapest fleece £170 that it wasn’t in the plastic wrap, (they normally delivered it or some sort of tissue paper or something to keep it protected. ) As when I opened it it was full of bits and hair and fluff. Bearing in mind it’s not secondhand, it’s a brand-new fleece to be given as a gift , which needed cleaning before I could give it! When I’ve ordered in the past from A hulme, it’s always come in a plastic wrap and extra packaging around it to make sure it is still immaculate when it arrives. So that was very disappointing

Well i would normally rate this company a 5 star but unfortunately i ordered horse feed on 24th February and still have not received it and its now 10th March. First email i had no reply but second email was replied to so just waiting now to hear back again in reference to much needed horse feed 🙈

Took 11 days after ordering for the items to be dispatched and then 3 days for delivery. One of the items didn't turn up - I then noticed I had a partial refund on Paypal which covered the missing item, and I appreciate this was done quickly. It would have been useful however to get an email from the company in advance to say I wouldn't be getting the item I ordered and was being refunded (though I would have preferred not to have been sold an item they didn't have). I've now received an email asking me to review the item that didn't turn up, but not the ones that did. Overall an improvement in communication and a speeding up of dispatching items would encourage me to shop again.

I'm unsure why it took a working week for goods found in any store to be available to collect. I thought that online ordering would allow me a fast contact less experience. Other stores offer same day click and collect

Millbry Hill are OK, but that is as far as I would go, the ordering process when I placed an order was fine but the delivery was totally unacceptable, having paid for next day delivery and the item not received I had to make 3 phone calls and had to inform the best way to get my parcel out - maybe Millbry Hill need to look further into their processes

Good order receipt/dispatch system. Minimal packaging meant that the two items I'd ordered had come out of their individual airtight packaging when they arrived which was disappointing. The parcel was sent by FedEx who failed to deliver when they stated nor was I able to select delivery options.
