Please consider customers to have a free returns label otherwise your reductions offered are not reductions when postage has to be taken into account.”

“Great coat at a reduced price also quick and prompt delivery, only wrong thing the delivery person left it outside my front door which is on a busy road and plenty people around, it could have easily been taken, luckily I turned up as the van was pulling away. Did not even knock on neighbours doors to ask to take it in.”

“Customer service was good , sent the wrong product which is my reason for only 3 stars and as returns aren't free I was refunded the difference and kept the item. Disappointingly I still need to purchase original trimmers I ordered as the smaller ones wont do cob feathers well. Wasnt given an indication if they were in stock to reorder.”
