“It was easy to locate and order the product I wanted and arrived in said time. However, on arrival the product was damaged.”

“Very pleased with my coat. I was particularly impressed with the order follow-up customer service. I received emails to tell me that my coat was being sourced from one of the other stores, as it was out of stock, and it arrived promptly which, under the present circumstances, was a bonus. Top quality product and service. Will certainly use Millers Hill again.”

“Fab store! I had heard of the name before but never used the site. The site itself doesn’t come across to be genuine looking and needs a bit of updating but I purchased regardless based off reviews. I was not at all disappointed, they delivered really quickly and without any issues. Product is of good quality and came in pristine condition, no scratches or marks from delivery. I will certainly be ordering again!”

“Very prompt delivery from Millbry Hill. My only complaint with purchase is that colour of tea cosy was not as advertised so beware! Advertised as cream (Sophie Allport bees print). It is in fact a pale grey/sage colour. Quality excellent though”

“Sadly the item I purchased arrived damaged in multiple places and not in the branded luxury packaging which this brand usually is. For such an expensive item (£195 cashmere & silk scarf) I would not have expected a damaged item to be sold & sent in the first place”

“Good service but.... every time I order cluck and collect I don’t receive an email to let me know it’s arrived at the store. This has happened the last twice. I emailed to ask if it was there but again no answer?!”
