“We experienced amazing customer service from Millbury Hill after being let down by a previous store. We called hoping to find riding boots in stock to give as our daughter’s Christmas present. Having missed the Christmas delivery date by 4 days we had no expectation that the item would arrive in time. But the brilliant team at Millbury pulled out the stops. We ordered on Monday 21/12 and received the item on 24/12. Thank you!”

“Purchased from Millbry Hill as item I compare prices on was on offer here. Easy to order and good communication via email. Used click and collect as a friend lived close to store otherwise the £7.99 delivery fee would have had me shop elsewhere......yep probably Amazon who's price was similar and free delivery. I do shop local where I can but also need to watch the pennies.”
