“I ordered some reins but was sent the wrong product. The reins that I received were cheaper than the ones I ordered but I liked them and was happy to keep them. I contacted Millbry Hill who asked me to send a photo and then refunded me the difference in price. They were very easy to deal with.”

“I cannot praise the service enough for this company, as my order seemed to be a long time coming I emailed them for an update the reply came back that they had been in touch with the carrier who advised them that the goods were damage so they destroyed them but failed to inform their customer or me. Millbry Hill reacted quickly advising me why the delay and apologised, the following day I received a relacement order by express carrier at no cost to me, They pride themselves with good service and you cannot argue with that. Thank you.”
