“The day after ordering this coat I sent an email to cancel order as my partner had bought one from elsewhere ( cheaper) I received no reply so phoned the next day and was told the WiFi had been done for a few days but as soon as it was up and running she would contact me, this did not happen, so when I received it I had to return it. That was last Wednesday and not heard anything although I can see it was received.”
