“The Gorilla Rubber Bucket is wonderful (a gift for my Mum) but the delivery was disappointing. I had to contact to ask where it was after not receiving a dispatch notification for nearly 2 weeks. They did send via express delivery then but Royal mMil then sent the parcel to the wrong delivery office-I know not Millbry Hill fault but just added to the stress!”

“Lovely product, very comfy shoes. Fast delivery. Only negative is that the lace in one of the shoes was dirty and this was noticeable as the laces are white. I would have asked for an exchange but they are now out of stock in my size.”

“Easy transaction, fast delivery and items as described. Very happy with the quality of the recycled wool blankets. My only niggle was that the two items arrived in separate parcels which was mentioned on ordering, but not enough for me to notice! I had a slight panic when only one of two blankets arrived at first, but the second soon followed. If the disclaimer about items potentially arriving separately had been clearer, I wouldn’t have panicked so much! (Perhaps a bolder text or highlighted in some way?) That said, it was on my original order confirmation and I would definitely shop with Millbry Hill again. Thank you very much!”

“Absolutely fantastic service. With less than a weeks’ notice from school, we were told kids were to wear something red for Comic Relief Day - not an easy task when shops are closed due to lockdown. Came across a lovely red horse t-shirt in the sale on this website (never used/heard of before). Took a chance on it arriving on time, but figured if not then my horse-mad daughter would love it anyway. Emailed the company (it was just after closing time on the Friday) to explain the situation and asked if they could assist. Reply came back minutes later to say they’d post it out on the Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Beautiful quality t-shirt - a sale bargain too! One happy daughter on CRD, and she’s barely been out of it since. Definitely a website I’ll visit again.”
