“This is lovely hair however I ordered 2 shades as couldn’t decide. They can without a ‘look at me’ sample so I had to guess through the packaging which would be best. Thankfully I didn’t open the one I need to return or it wouldn’t have been accepted. Also need to pay for returns and use your local post office which is a challenge for some. Overall great quality hair but return process needs amending to be more user friendly.”

“I was surprised how quickly my order came, was a nice surprise to get it so fast. Although I was quite shocked to open it and see such a small amount of hair. It’s a beautiful piece and so soft but to have spent £45 on such a small amount of hair, it’s surprised me. I ordered the one piece clip in thinking it would be perfect to help with the thinning of my hair. It only had 3 clips in and only covered half my head. I was hoping it would be abit longer from ear to ear. But My fault I know as I should have read the description better. Thank you anyway.”

“Right out of the package they are GORGEOUS, shiny, thick from clip to the ends, and so smooth. I waited to write my review until after the first wash, which is when the true quality of the hair can be seen imo. They are less smooth than when they arrived which I expected, yet still very manageable and pretty. The only concern I have is the fact the ends seem to be a bit more dry than I was expecting, even after a deep condition and they tangle a bit more easily than before.”

“The quality of these extensions are incredible and the colour match couldn’t have been better. They’re seriously good quality. The only thing i’d say is that there are a lot of 2 clips and not enough 3 clips but they still look absolutely seamless and great.”

“Ordered the 20” 180g seamless clip in set on the last minute before an event and had no chance to check them beforehand so my hairdresser opened them and she did not want to believe these where real human hair. Not sure what gave her the impression or I should have washed them before using, but for her they did not feel real as she uses extensions in her work every day. Unfortunately they did not hold curl either what is very unusual for extensions as I have had plenty creatine bonds before and clip in’s from other brands. Maybe it was just the patch I got. Shade match was amazing and the highlighted blonde colour looked very beautiful.”

“I ordered 14inch chocolate clip ins, I was sceptical at first as a lot of the previous clips in I’ve had (from other places) have not been a match colour wise and the clip in part has been too thick. But I love how the colour blends perfectly and so easy to pop in for day use, I will be ordering a second set but longer for occasional wear! Fast delivery, A*Star customer service.”

“I've been buying from the team for almost a decade - best quality/ value for money so far in the market. I do like to update them every 6 months - 1 year as I wear them daily and they tend to get a bit tangled (there's a lot of hair on there!). Trying to experiment with 'lighter' headsets at the moment to avoid this.”

“Clip in extensions are amazing, I have purchased multiple times as I dye my hair a lot and it’s always been amazing for me. Helped my gain my confidence back. Although I have tried the tape ins and it didn’t work for me but definitely recommend if you are looking for good clip ins”

“Perfect extensions. Have ordered the clip in for the past 5 yrs Be aware if ordering from Ireland now … there was customs charge of €35 euro when they arrived 😢😢. Will b looking elsewhere next time.”

“The customer service I received was next to none. Although there was a mistake with the shade twice and having to pay a returns cost that wasn’t my fault the issue was resolved in the end and I am extremely happy with the extensions. They are amazing quality and really comfy .”

“A very special customer service experience, Rebecca was really helpful and thorough when I had questions and a joy to talk to. I have been ordering from M+B for many years (even before the name change!) and the quality of the extensions are excellent, the price has only become more competitive and the thickness/length is always generous. Would recommend. However, there have been colour changes and the 'Sweetie Darling' colour unfortunately wasn't as described in the video (has blonde in it rather than being a mix of rich, medium and light brown, which means it's quite ashy), but that feedback was taken on board. Would really love it if a warmer, more chocolate-y colour became available for people with warm dark-medium brown hair.”

“I have to starr by saying I am a fan since 2015 and i can say hair is top quality, however today I had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered “Honey Hustle” as I got some highlights for my sisters wedding, paid the extra fast shipping to get it on time. Today I opened the mail to find I got a shade called “Bel Air Baby” wich is a very blonde ombre and nothing like the highlighted extensions I needed. I understand mistakes can happen but unfortunately I dont have time for a return, I will take them to a hair dresser and ask what they can do but ofc this is extra time and money :( I wish I would be in the UK but sadly it isnt the case. Girls, please pay more attention as this was an important ocasion for a faithful customer and it was ofc a bummer”

“I love their extensions I have followed the brand since 2010 around and never been faulted on quality. It’s the delivery/ordering that’s the biggest let down. The last two orders I have made there’s always been something wrong with shipping. This time my order was late due to a tech error. I paid extra for next day shipping and it took around 5 days to get my parcel. Didn’t get the shipping fee back but I got a discount for my next order, thanks, but still totally missed wearing them to the event I wanted to look good for. Btw no weekend customer service!”

“I always buy extensions and I tried Milk + Blush for the first time, the quality is really good, length and thickness is nice but the colour was so off. I ordered a light blonde shade Oh My Gwen Staffani expecting the colour it shows online, they came really yellowy toned. I touched them up myself with silver shampoo but I think they should be more true to colour online. Overall really good price for what you get, just colour match first”

“I ordered the seamless extensions and they're so easy to hide under the smallest amount of hair. I love that the colour (paparazzi) is a mixture rather than one block colour helping them blend and look more natural with my hair. The only little thing is they are a tiny bit shiny in the sun but not very much it may be from them being a very light blonde. Lots of hair! Love them. Brilliant for extra volume and a little more length to my hair. I got the 16-18 inch and goes to my shoulder bones. The delivery took about 3 weeks to Greek island but that's not their fault as they had it posted in 2 days but then it got stuck in sorting when coming to my Island.”
