Very happy with the hair but unfortunately one of the packet of tapes didn’t adhesive to the hair so we had to retape them

Hair is really good ordered 3 times now. I’m not very happy as I paid £7ish for next business day delivery and I waited 1 week for my extensions to arrive. When I followed up they said with it been Christmas Royal Mail is late but there was 4 business days these could have been delivered on. I didn’t get offered a refund on my delivery so I’m not very happy about that

This is my second order from milk+blush Ordered 1 pack of 22” extensions in a slightly lighter brown to replace a few I have lost and too add some different tones to blend in with my natural highlights from the sun, They arrived very quick which was lovely, a little lighter than I thought they would have been but the problem is after just 3 washes with sulphate free shampoo ect these new extentions have really lightened up so much they almost look dark blonde and no longer blend with my hair, the first full set I ordered in dark brown have never lightened and have kept really really well so the new lot must just be a bad pack or something but still really dissapointed as £60 odd is a lot too waste and now I will now need too get a new lot asap but I’m concerned about ordering more just incase the same happens again

Very good colour matching service. But the hair quality… first off, if you have thick hair please consider this. I got the 24 inch seamless clip ins. If it wasn’t for the “free volumiser” I wouldn’t have been able to cover my air I’ve worn these around 10/15 times, and taken very good care of them. Sadly I now can’t even get a brush through them. They came beautiful and silky and now after several wear the hair tangles easily and is starting to look ratty. Certainly not what I was expecting when I paid nearly £200. I wouldn’t buy from this brand again.

I bought the filler extensions, and I'm pretty disappointed in them. For the amount of money I paid, to get two stringy thin extensions. These are so hard to cover up too, no matter what I do, the track keeps showing. I wish they were more seamless. Overall I would not recommend these, unfortunately

I have been using milk + blush for a long time and have always loved the products, however this last set has to be by far the worst I have received, which makes me extremely sad. The stitching is absolutely terrible and I’m not sure how long they will last and to say that the price has increased I’m confused as to why I am paying more for a less quality product.

Recently I had a very unpleasant experience with Milk+Blush, as the shade I've ordered didn't match at all the photos displayed on the website. Plus, as the company doesn't send their international orders through a logistics carrier such as DHL, DPD or Fedex (like other UK companies), but only through postal service, I was charged by customs almost half the amount of the package. Despite getting a refund for the extensions after I've sent a complaint, I've still lost the money I've spent at customs. The customer service team was very polite though. As an international customer, I won't be purchasing again.

This an honest and fair review :-/ I don't like leaving negative reviews, however I would not want others to be disappointed. I placed an order with faster delivery option as I required the extensions for an event. The order never arrived. I emailed to track the order and was informed that the item was out of stock and wouldn't be expected until a month later! There was no infomation of this on the site at time of placing the order, only afterwards. I hoped there would be another option given that would still arrive on time and I emailed back and forth. Although emails were replied to promptly and politely, there was no real urgency or concern to help, only 1 option which was much more expensive and told they would not reduce any price, also I had to cancel previous order (refund is not immediate) and place the new order which is obviously very expensive. Although this isn't a positive review I try and find positives and they were polite and apologetic once I finally gave up trying to be given another appropriate option and requested a refund. The refund seems to have been processed straight away, however I will have to wait to see how long it takes Hopefully the site is updated regularly to ensure nobody has to wait a month for an order they are expecting within the next 2 days..... and left with 1 day to try and find another company to purchase from :-/ I have ordered with Milk and Blush before and the hair was nice, but I probably wont order here again mainly because I feel more could have been done to try and help ensure I was given a more appropriate option that would have arrived on time due to the fact this issue was no fault of my own.

The hair feels nice quality and it was packaged well however the hair is pretty thin. After reading the reviews on their website, I thought they’d be thick but they just aren’t. My hair in itself isn’t thick, it used to be but I have a health condition which means I’ve been dealing with hair loss since 2017. I wanted to get some of the thickness back so decided to go for these. Like I said, my hair isn’t really that thick, and these extensions are still too thin and don’t blend at all. I bought the thickest ones offered, the quad 265 grams, but they’re just too thin! I thought about buying a second set but the fact is that it’s a struggle for me to even hide the wefts as is since my hair isn’t thick so I don’t think I would be able to disguise a second set at all. The extensions I have now are simply just unusable which is really disappointing as they were a lot of money and after dealing with hair loss for so long, I just wanted to like my hair again. I also find it interesting that I left a similar review on their website over a week ago and it’s still yet to be posted, they must police their website and remove any unsatisfactory reviews.

The colour wasn’t a great match for the roots of my hair even tho I have extensions in this colour and the ponytail looks really bad with my thin hair.

Hello! I’m a customer for almost 6 years, and pay usually for a set 250 to 300 euro. Last week I bought it paid for it, was not advice in any way that I’ll have to pay import taxes coming into Ireland, and 5 times I’ve ordered I have never paid. You have to disclose it when the transaction it’s in process, not when the product is on the way I receive an invoice that I have to pay import tax ? Not nice at all! Best Regards Victoria

The hair extension quality was absolutely amazing and could not fault. However, I ordered the Bleached Blonde shade (Oh My Gwen Stefani) that is advertised as shade 60 and was deeply disappointed to find that it was a lot darker than other brands 60 shades. I now cannot wear my extensions after spending almost £200 on them and when asking customer service for help they said I am not entitled to a refund because I had used purple shampoo to see if would remove the yellow tone and neutralise the shade and they tried to educate me on extensions although I am qualified and have 8 years of extension experience. If you are looking to get this shade and are a shade 60 from other brands then avoid. I don’t want anyone else to end up with the deep purchase regret I am now facing.

I would not recommend these extensions. I’m a long time extension user. I’ve used almost every brand. I was excited to see a brand I haven’t used that offered hair extensions. The shipment was fast! The cons for me: the color, the clips and the shedding. My champagne blonde was very yellow and had to be toned with purple shampoo (olaplex). Not that big of a deal. The second con and the most annoying are the clips. They are very poorly secured to the weft with thread and easily come off. Very easily. I personally don’t have a sewing kit to re apply the clips. (This happened to 3 of the 8 wefts.) I have wore extensions for 7 years now, I know how to properly care for them and brush them. Omg do they shed! I’m so scared to even run my fingers through them to untangle them (they easily tangle and give you that birds nest situation in the back). On a personal note I would prefer a couple more smaller clip wefts to blend in the natural hair to the extensions. I’ve bought “cheaper” extensions that are better quality and last a lot longer. (I’ve only had these for 3 weeks)

I like that the hair is very thick from root to ends, but these extensions shed so much, tangle a lot, smell like chemicals no matter how much you wash them, and feel like it’s mixed with synthetic hair or something. Also the clips don’t latch on tightly like other brands. Disappointed.

We really don't recommend washing your extensions because this can affect the quality and cause tangling, shedding etc. Our extensions are made with 100% human hair, however, they don't have the same natural oils which our own hair has from our scalp to restore the softness and shine after washing. To help with this, we would recommend the use of a daily silicone spritz to maintain the softness, and you'll likely notice a great improvement in the extensions. I hope this helps! ✨💖

I’ve attached the pictures of what I call “expectations Vs reality” I thought the videos attached to each shade were such a good idea. I chose a shade which matched my hair perfectly ON VIDEO and then a load of yellow hair arrives… so confused. Will be returning it for a refund. What a load of BS

I’ve been wearing Milk & Blush extensions for years and have always been so happy with the (usually amazing) quality of these extensions! However since ordering my most recent set in April I’ve had two separate wefts snap on me! Super disappointed as there’s no reason this should have happened (I’ve always used correct brushes and products to maintain the extensions) ☹️

Usually I don’t have an issue with milk and blush hair extensions as I always found the quality quite decent but recently I made an order (April of 2021) and just over a month later, the hair extensions are falling apart! I bought one of the most expensive sets and the seamless part is just snapping away, I use all the appropriate equipment to keep the extensions in good order, I use a detangling brush so it doesn’t pull too aggressively on the hair and the extensions just rip into two parts?? I’ve been wearing extensions for years and never had this issue happen, very upset by the quality of the hair extensions especially after spending £140+ on the set. Not sure if i just got unlucky with a bad batch but I’m unsure if Id risk buying them again. However I will say despite this, customer service has always been excellent.

Worn once and feel like already the quality of the ends isn't great. And yes I used protective spray... Not sure about the quality of these extensions.

Today I got my Quad Weft in Paparazzi color (20-22"). I was very dissapointed with this purchase. Weft had soo little hair that it is impossible to wear it. It is my 3rd Quad weft from Milk and Blush. 2 previous were very nice and had good amount of hair in it. I pulled out my 2 older wefts and compared with this new one. The new set had HALF LESS amount of hair in comparison with the older ones. Not sure, if milk and blush reduced the amount of hair they put into the wefts now or I just got the deffective one? Also the hair tracks are sewed in very poorly and loose. Looks like I have to resew them myself. Unfortunately, this purchase was waste of money for me. Giving 2 stars for quick shipping and nice paparazzi color.

I ordered the seamless set in 16-18 inches. Ordered back in May. They didn’t match the thickness in my hair so I tried to seek them and didn’t wear them until August. Idk how to describe the hair. Maybe it’s the texture , idk but they’re such fine strands (I guess? Idk how to explain) they matte together something awful. It tangles and mattes. I use these for length and more than anything so I don’t have a barrier of my own hair between each weft. Then I sewed left over hair from another set of extensions I had onto the milk+blush wefts. It’s helped With the tangling ALOT bc again the different hair brand acts as a barrier between the milk and blush hair. I had on weft that didn’t have hair added to. It sat beneath another weft that had hair sewn on top Leaving the bottom of one weft and the weft clipped under to touch. Literally would matte so bad in a matter of a couple hour I quit wearing it all together. It helped but the bottom weft still mattes together so bad that sometimes I’m literally tearing my own hair out of the massive matte ball at the end of the night. I don’t like that they try to make it sound as if if your fault bc you need to apparently spray them w “silicone” to keep them feeling silky. They have mattes since day one, maybe hair is not a silky soft texture. It has some damage and it’s a little dry. It’s not bad but def not silky super shiny hair. I need extensions to have a little bit of texture. I’ve also never been recommended by any company in all my years to load my extensions w silicone spray. They shouldn’t need that ?? I’m someone that has worn clip in extensions for 9 years. I clip in at the beginning of the day and they don’t come out until that night. These also don’t hold style the best. A lot of extensions I’ll at most have to touch up a few pieces here and there but usually I can go about a week before needing to touch up the style. These i recurl everyday. (Yes w heat protectant) Just thought I’d share. I purchased these based on good reviews but can already tell these aren’t going to last me worth a damn at all. For $200 I should be able to get longer wear so I’m disappointed in my purchase. Gave 2 stars bc they are pretty and have good color choices , quality just sucks.
