does anybody know how long the extensions take to be delivered to ireland? I am waiting weeks and they haven't answered my email.

The team are lovely and happily answered all my question in great detail and the hair is super thick and soft! Best extensions yet and so happy with my recent purchase.. :)

Dreadful business. Product is fine but the customer service is similar to a one man band with no regulations. They will take your money quickly but are unlikely they will respond to communication. I am also finding they don't deliver them don't respond but keep the cash.

Hey Laura, I'm really sorry that you feel this way about your recent experience with us. I can see that the Customer Care Team have responded to every one of your emails in an extremely timely manner however it looks as though they aren't getting through to you for some reason. I'd really recommend checking your junk mail :) I can see the team have advised that the item you ordered is currently out of stock which is why you haven't yet received it. I ordered these extensions from Canada, and I never buy things online especially hair extensions since I have very blended blonde (multiple toned), which is nearly impossible to match. I decided to take a risk and invest in the Second Base 16-18inch extensions and they are amazing. I genuinely had no idea what to expect but they are beyond beautiful - they're incredibly natural looking and are super soft and silky. The packing is really cute and the service was fantastic. Despite not getting a link to track my extensions, the staff was super quick and helpful in letting me know where they were whenever I asked, and I got them less than a week later despite being all the way in Canada. They were 100% worth the money, and I'll continue to keep buying them in the future. Thanks Milk + Blush!!

I have been ordering off milkandblush/dirtylooks for 3 years now and I have always been so happy with them until now. I bought the triple weft full head set in 20-22 inches and the hair is not the same as before. The quality is awful, there is no thickness and the ends are so thin. I am so dissapointed as i have always loved and trusted ordering from this company because of the thickness and quality of the hair. I payed 150 euro for these which is deffinelty not worth it and will not be buying ever again. It's such a shame I didn't check these other reviews before spending that amount of money on them. This is a reply to the previous review I have left . I have received an extra quad weft piece as a solution and its just as bad, makes no difference whatsoever. I stress that the problem is the end of the extensions to be honest they look like rats tails. I could have fourty pieces in my hair and they would still look thin at the end so its not the weight its how the hair is designed & this is very disappointing as it was designed amazing when I first ordered last sept/Oct. They just can't be worn in my hair which I am very unhappy about feel like it was a terrible waste of money.

I never like leaving negative feedback but on this occasion I felt it was necessary. I have been a previous customer and the first time i ordered these extensions ( a year ago) they had been really amazing quality and thick, until this time which I am so unhappy about. I purchased the quad weft (same as previous) they were a completely different quality, a lot more thinner especially towards the ends I'm not exaggerating. It is very disappointing because the quality of hair was excellent before. They were an investment to me as I do not find them cheap and its a real shame the standards have dropped. I am currently emailing customer service but doesn't seem like my issue is being resolved. I have forwarded pictures of a previous piece compared to a new piece and the differnce is so obvious. I hope my problem gets resolved because feel like it has been ongoing for quite awhile now. I have returned extensions as advised . I hope the quality can be brought back to how it was because if not i wont be buying from you anymore.

I got these extensions in April of this year and by May they were binned. I was debating wether or not to buy these hair extensions, because they are quite pricey (and I was a student) but I figured that I would try them out as an 'investment'. I was so happy when I received them - they were silky full and smooth - that didn't last long. These extensions lasted a grand total of a MONTH before they were completely dried out - that's not even an exaggeration. They were okay for the first couple of weeks, but rather quickly that changed. I would have to brush them every ten minutes because they started matting together. Try became so dry and they looked nothing like human hair. I NEVER applied heat or got them wet. I tried everything to treat them, argon oil, coconut oil but nothing helped. I know that I'm not the only one who's experienced this with these extensions, and honestly I feel SO disappointed. I wear hair extensions everyday and I feel like I've chucked a £100 down the drain. I still expected to be wearing them now which is laughable really since they've been binned for so long, but in actuality it's been less than five months since I made the purchase. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I have been a customer for a long time.. the first few times of ordering these they had been amazing and thick ( i had always got the quad weft) however the last time i got the quad weft they were sooo different, colours seem to have gone lighter and sooo much thinner especially towards the ends .. does not seem worth the money at all.... it is a shame because the quality of hair is amazing usually with other extensions i have found they have been atleast 40 percent synthetic although saying they are human but milk and blush have always been 100 percent human. Please bring back this thick hair you had used to sell because you will loose customers, as i wont be buying from you anymore

My order was accepted a month before my holiday , a week passes and I'm told my address was t recorded correctly so extensions can't be posted. I confirmed my address (which was correct) to then be told they are out of stock and may be 2 weeks later... not in time for my holiday. The only good thing is that communication has been constant , they respond quickly to emails which is reassuring. If a product is out of stock the website should show this and not accept orders for that product. It's too late now for me to order from anywhere else for my holiday.

I've just looked into this for you and can see that as your order was placed on Friday night, the team processed this on Monday as the office is closed over the weekend. The team then emailed you on Monday explaining about an issue with the address just to check your details. As soon as this was confirmed, the order was pushed through however please do accept our apologies if one or more of your items went out of stock during this time. I never like to write bad reviews but this was the first time ordering from this website i was happy when they came the sample was very thick and colour was perfect once i opened the rest they werent as thick they were just like the classic standered when i had paid extra for the triple wefts. After about 2month the clips were braking i only have 4 left that are still okay for now which im unable to wear with out the other wefts, i contacted them twice and still had no reply im very unhappy with the amount i have paid for the clips to just break as they werent cheap iv always worn hair exstentions and never have the clips breaked within the 2month always lasted much longer

I have been a customer for a long time, decided to purchase some new hair the seamless weft, what a disappointment! The colour looked good when I opened the test net of hair so opened up, clipped them in and they had an un natural shine the ends looked ever so thin and straggly, I had to curl the ends to try and thicken them up?! Still didn't look nice £100 down the drain as I doubt I will be able to get a refund as I clipped them in feel like crying

I have been ordering from Milk and Blush over the past two years and never had a problem. The most recent set I ordered was a quad weft (I usually order a triple due to the weight of a quad weft however they were out of stock in my colour) When they arrived all looked ok until I undid the main weft and the hair was so thin! it was incredibly thin at the ends and not at all the usual thickness of a quad weft (barely that of a triple weft). I emailed Milk and Blush who asked me to weigh the hair on digital scales - I don't know what good that will do to the ends of the hair which are non existent so I declined. I am waiting for a pre paid postage and a full refund which I doubt I will NEVER receive. shame on you Milk and Blush. I have been a loyal customer and you are ripping people off. there is only so long you can trade on your previous good reputation. I will be ordering from another company who aren't trying to reduce the quality of their extensions whilst maintaining an increased price.

As I'm sure you can appreciate, it's super tricky for the team to reach a resolution without following procedure in these cases. "" I sent back my sets for an exchange I've had not one email back from them no cumunication at all !! I sent back tracked so know they have recieved the two sets which cost a lot of money !! Awful customer service if you have any issues with incorrect colour match

I have been using milk and blush for years and never had an issue with the products - always received good extensions. I ordered a set on back order which obviously I knew there would be a wait for them. They turned up way over a month later - I didn't see anything on the website that back order would be this long - possibly adding a note to people ordering that it could be over a month before they receive - customers should be made aware of possible long wait I ordered the quad weft set which is a thickness up from my previous orders so I was expecting slightly thicker extensions. Once I opened they felt around the same thickness as my other sets I've had, I put them in as I normally would and was honestly surprised at the ends. The are so thin compared to the rest of the set and they looked awful. I have had to try my best to make them look thicker - adding moose and styling them etc, but you really shouldn't have to be trying to make them look less fake and thin when you spend that much on a set. I don't know if suppliers have changed or if something going on with company as they seem to be running a lot on back orders. Really disappointed overall and for the first time in years I will be ordering from a different company.

Just recieved my triple-weft clip in hair extensions and the quality and thickness is amazing, Delivery time was dead quick and the extensions came in a cute little box, The colour matches my hair so well! normally have to order 2 lots of hair extensions as I like it thick but only had to order one!! I've had hair extensions from all different shops but I have to say I am dead impressed with these and will deffinatly be coming here again to buy my next pair! Such a good price for amazing hair! Wish someone would of told me about this site before! thankyou!! ???????????????? xxxx

I haven't yet received my extensions because I've had to reserve them (due to how popular they are) I emailed them asking how long they would take to get back in stock as i am a bridesmaid early September. Not only did they reply straight away, they completely understood my concern and are keeping me updated as soon as they hear anything new. Amazing customer service and from ordering in the past i know that the extensions are immaculate quality (As a hairdresser milk and blush are a god send as i can now recommend a reliable brand to my clients)

I never look past Milk+Blush hair extensions. The shipping is always super quick, the packaging is beautiful and most importantly the hair is lush. The choice of colours is great ( I get hold my poodle and its matches perfectly) and the quality is amazing, they look so natural. Because I don't wear them everyday they last me about a year before I need to replace them so good value for money as well. Thank you milk + blush! ????

Brilliant customer service, with getting an exchange sorted. Within a week package sent, returned and refunded to make correct order. Fault of my own. Milk and blush team were excellent throughout, couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I ordered my extensions over a week ago ...I have a wedding next Friday they said they would be here in 1 to 5 days but I have still been left waiting. I emailed the company and I also contacted them on social media. Reading the reviews here I am getting worried that I won't receive them on time because of bad customer service. If this isn't resolved I will be putting this on social media straight away as it is appalling. I tried tracking my order and nothing came up!
