“Do not purchase hair extensions by @millkandblush I've just had a terrible experience where they charged me almost $50 dollars more than the price listed and are refusing to fix it, claiming that it's my fault. Do not purchase, their prices are misleading and incorrect.”

“I have just received my set of Milk + Blush 12-14 inch hair extensions less than 24hrs from order. I received amazing service from Sadia who was in contact from the minute I ordered to resolve a delivery address issue - thank you for your wonderful help. I have quite short hair and have always struggled to find extensions less than 16 inches in length so these are a perfect for adding volume as I find the longer extensions tend to weigh my hair down and look false. These are amazing and great value for money- love, love love!”

“Ordered today for next day delivery for my daughters birthday!!...took £177 from my bank account, then emailed to say that address details were wrong so, unfortunately they could NOT process my order?? Erm I think I know where I live!..seems this has been said to other customers too!!...If you are not going to process my order then why did you take MY money and where is it now because it has left my bank??...cannot afford to go else where when MY money is in YOUR bank account??!!!...my daughter is devastated and her birthday ruined!!...spent ALL day emailing and have STIIL NOT received a reply??!!..absolute sham!!!!...below this 'leave a review' page is a list of question and one of them is 'how did you contact us'...live chat? email? Etc etc...live chat??? Lol where?....no phone number no nothing..empty email address!”

“I purchased the 16-18 inch luxurious quad set in colour Weekend in Malibu yesterday afternoon and paid for tracked delivery (1-2 business days), which arrived this morning. The first thing I noticed was the lovely packaging; they arrived in a sleek yet sturdy box along with an extension care booklet. A smaller weft is kept separate from the rest of the set in order for you to ensure you have matched the colour correctly without voiding the returns policy. The colour (mid to light, golden/sandy blonde) matched perfectly and so I was happy to go ahead and open the rest of the set. The quality of the hair really is exceptional. I have worn extensions for 10+ years and have tried MANY different brands - these are, without a doubt, the silkiest, most gorgeous set I have ever owned. Also, the amount of hair you get for the price (£125 in my case) is fabulous. The luxurious set weighs 200 grams. As I have fine hair, I really don’t need to use the full pack and can save some for when these need replacing (I can’t imagine they ever will, tbh). They really are great value for money! I was slightly worried about the length when I ordered initially as I am used to longer extensions but these definitely reach the full 18 inches rather than 16, which I’m very happy about. Just to add - the customer service I received was great and a query I had prior to purchase was answered promptly by Sadia. Thank you, Milk + Blush!”

“Terrible! Ordered guaranteed next day delivery for my engagement party and they made some excuse about my delivery address being incomplete which it was not as it was clearly stated as per their confirmation email. They then issued me a refund for the £8 delivery which was pointless as I don’t want the extensions any longer. They told me my item would be delivered without delay tomorrow (Saturday) which I accepted. I then was advised that actually it will now be Monday!!! What a joke of a company! I used to be a loyal customer and have been for years but no longer!!”

“I ordered from milk and blush instead of foxylocks for a change. To start I received no email confirmation, the hair arrived with no tag attached to the test weft and no net. I am waiting to hear back from the company who states you can't return if the tag is not attached to the test weft. To top it off you have 7 business days to state that you are returning the item... I received the item on Monday the 17th in the afternoon. It's the 28th and even though it's within 14 days it looks like I cannot get my refund of £150.00. Who on earth has this rediculous return policy, it seams to be a con. No return policys are included in the package you have to reffer to their website. Also next day excludes Saturday delivery. Beware!”

“I ordered the seamless extensions and they're so easy to hide under the smallest amount of hair. I love that the colour (paparazzi) is a mixture rather than one block colour helping them blend and look more natural with my hair. The only little thing is they are a tiny bit shiny in the sun but not very much it may be from them being a very light blonde. Lots of hair! Love them. Brilliant for extra volume and a little more length to my hair. I got the 16-18 inch and goes to my shoulder bones. The delivery took about 3 weeks to Greek island but that's not their fault as they had it posted in 2 days but then it got stuck in sorting when coming to my Island.”

“I received my full set of Milk + Blush extensions and I love them. They provide high quality of hair. The customer service is amazing. I initially had a problem with my order because they couldn't verify my address so I emailed them to clarify the situation and they were easy to respond and fix the problem. It took a week to receive my order. I am happy with my order and the company and I will order with them again.”

“Edit: Milk + Blush reached out to me after sending my most recent email explaining my dissatisfaction with their shipping. Not only did they issue a refund for the shipping a I paid, but also for the hair extensions themselves; which I was not expecting at all. Unfortunately my circumstances were not the best, but the company wanted to assure me that this is not the usual for their company and shipping process; I was just unlucky. On a positive note every time I emailed them they did respond that day or the next day to solve my tracking issues; however I wish they sent the tracking information the day they shipped out. (Read more in my original review). I have still not received the hair (It is now June 20; they were ordered on June 7) but by the looks of tracking they should be here hopefully this week. I am still excited to see my paparazzi seamless clips ins and hopefully make use of them for another client or myself. Original Review: To start off I am a bridal hair artist and order extensions very regularly for my brides. I had a bride last minute decide she did want extensions for her wedding day, so I placed in order on June 7, in hopes to receive them by June 15. (This gave 8 days when the shipping said 3-7 days) . I usually order from another brand; however they were on back order for the blonde colors so I decided to give Milk&Blush a try after another stylist referred me to them. When I ordered June 7 I received an order confirmation email, and was told I would receive tracking info as well. I didn’t get info on tracking so I emailed asking for that info on June 11. I got a response June 12 with a tracking number and a link to track Deutsche Post. Saying they were shipped June 10 (shouldn’t I receive this information that day?). I then had to email again to understand how to track them once they got to my country (US) because the info they sent me only tracked the package in Germany. It is now June 18 and I have yet to receive the extensions (I had to pick up a cheap set in store for my bride). I am very disappointed with their shipping methods and customer service. When will I get my extensions?!”

“I have been on the market for a pair of good extensions for my thick hair. & I came across this website so I ordered the luxurious set for $340 Canadian plus $12 shipping thinking I would receive my order in 5-7 days like the website claims shipping to be to Canada. Being patient I emailed customer service asking for a tracking number and they politely replied saying that they would get back to me with one as soon as possible and I still have not received one yet? I am so confused at this point & concerned considering that I am a student and saved up to purchase these extensions. :(”

“I ordered a set of extensions, paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, the item was dispatched late and then the courier APC lost the item, so I am now down £135 with no item and no number to call milk and blush only an email, I am absolutely disgusted I will never buy from them again. no refund and no item!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!”
