“After contemplating for a while over whether to buy hair my first hair extensions, I took the plunge and purchased on black Friday. I was so surprised when they arrived the next day! They arrived in a gorgeous pink box with one piece of hair in one half the box so I could check the colour match. I had sent a picture of my hair via the website and I was advised what colour to buy. All I can say is that they match my hair perfectly! I couldn’t be happier. They feel such good quality and so soft! You can't notice them once I have them in my hair. So happy I bought them from Milk + Blush!”

“Honestly the best hair extentions I’ve ever used. The quality is insane! I used the nano rings in warm blonde and the colour match is perfect. I can’t recommend enough if you want thick luxurious hair.”

“If I could give zero I would. Customer service is shocking and very avoidant. The hair arrived late in the post, the tapes were not sticky at all and had to be re-taped. After washing the hair it feel dry, frizzy and damaged. It doesn't even feel like human hair. This is apparently professionally tape in, and just less than a week the hair feels dead, dry and has split end up the weft. Save your money and stick with viola or beutyworks. I have spent around 230 on this hair, I will be taking it further with the bank.”

“First time ordering from Milk and Blush and I have been left extremely disappointed. I paid extra for the hair to come within 2 days and I am still waiting. Spoke to someone from M+B and was told they had been shipped, this was a lie as they've only printed a label and not shipped them. Extremely disappointed and will tell friends to avoid. Gutted after hearing such good things about the hair.”

“Stupid stupid people. Stringing people along wasting their time, holding on to THEIR MONEY for what 6 weeks? Failed to deliver hair extensions for a wedding. Thanks for that!! ✨✨ mess me about with refund, obvious the item is lost. Make me wait until royal mail confirm that my item is lost before refunding me nearly £200 FOR 6 WEEKS??????? I threaten to force my Bank to refund me, oh like magic I can get a refund??? Why didn't you offer immediately? Why has this company had 4/5 different trading names in a decade? Pathetic. All of these reviews read like sponsored posts.”

“I have used these extensions for years now and would not change. Colour range is brilliant, hair is thick from root to tip and the hair lasts for a long time. Customer service is prompt in replying. Could not recommend this company more.”

“In love with my hair extensions. Two months on and still as soft as they arrived. Been ordering milk +blush for two years and won’t go anywhere else. My last set lasted me 14 months with correct care. I do put them in 3 or 4 times a week.”

“I have used milk and blush hair extensions since I was about 14 . A whole decade and I’d never go anywhere else. My hair always lasts atleast 2/3 years and I have no other company that compare to this quality ! I don’t know what I would do without this brand because I’m so picky it’s great that they can provide such high standards of hair.”

“Recently I had a very unpleasant experience with Milk+Blush, as the shade I've ordered didn't match at all the photos displayed on the website. Plus, as the company doesn't send their international orders through a logistics carrier such as DHL, DPD or Fedex (like other UK companies), but only through postal service, I was charged by customs almost half the amount of the package. Despite getting a refund for the extensions after I've sent a complaint, I've still lost the money I've spent at customs. The customer service team was very polite though. As an international customer, I won't be purchasing again.”

“I've bought some extensions from Milk+Blush in the past, however, this time I couldn't be any more disappointed. Besides paying for customs almost half the amount of my purchase - because the company sends their international orders through national mail and instead of a carrier such as DHL or DPD - the shade I've got is NOTHING like the ONLY picture displayed on the website "Dark Bronde". There's not a single lowlight of brown or burnette shade, but only a very light ashy blonde. Besides the photo being misleading, the description for the shade is also very inaccurate. Being a single weft package, you don't get a tester to check if it's a match, so you can't return it once you open it to look at the shade. I've completely wasted my money and don't recommend the service at all.”
