I bought tape in extensions from Milk+Blush. On arrival they seemed fine. After 1 week they felt like dools hair or horse hair it was awful. I paid hundreds of pounds for the hair. They didn't refund they told me I needed to return for tests first they sent me a million emails asking what I did wrong. I have worn extensions for 2 years and never had a problem up until now. The customer service was awful the hair was really bad I would absolutely avoid this company. Avoid Avoid Aviod.

I have just wasted over €300 on extensions which I now will never wear due to being the wrong colour and not suitable for my hair . The sample strand is so small that it is so hard to judge for the correct colour, after opening the extensions and using a bigger strand its so much more obvious now that the colour match is completely wrong. Also the set I bought was recommended for fine hair, and the set is still so thick and in my opinion not suitable for thin hair.

Almost 1 month ago I did the order. I payed for express delivery because it was for an event. Parcel was never delivered. Unhelpful Customer Service. DON’T BUY FROM EUROPE BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE THE NECESSARY CERTIFICATE THAT THE IMPORT DEPARTMENT FOR SANITY WILL ASK FOR. So maybe that’s why people complains about the quality

Have previously got milk + Blush clip ins and the quality was amazing, so thought I’d order their nano bonds as I expected the same quality however for the price of paying over £500 the quality is awful they were okay for the first 2 weeks. They shed like crazy, are always matted and knotted no matter how much you brush them and are all dry and frizzy! I know how to look after extensions as I have worn extensions for over 3 years now and all my previous sets have lasted me a year + I just decided to switch from tapes to Nanos. Don’t waste your money as this is the worst quality hair I have ever had.

I had messaged when I purchased my tape in extensions with some concerns after reading some reviews. I was assured that the extensions were top quality and I had nothing to be concerned about. Unfortunately I have not found that to be true. I have tried many brand over the years as I have worn tape in extensions for about 8-10 years now. These are among some of the worst I have tried. The positive is, I do love the invisible tape where it’s not a shiny tab at the top but actual hair coming out so they are much less noticeable. The negatives are that they get matted up constantly. I have had them moved up once so I have worn them for approximately 10-12 weeks. I have had extensions last me 9 months as I do know how to properly care for them especially with my hair being so blonde, I take extra care to keep my extensions and natural hair healthy. No matter what I do these stay matted very badly. I will be having to have them removed this week as they are totally unmanageable at this point which should not be happening given their age. The next thing is the shedding and breaking off. I have to brush them constantly because of the matting and there is so much shedding and breakage it’s everywhere. My entire floorboard of my car is broken blonde hairs which is definitely the extensions and not my hair. I am very dissatisfied with these extensions and had really hoped to love them. I feel like a refund of the money I paid is due to me given the quality and short life span of these extensions or a replacement of them as maybe I just got a bad batch? Surely this was a bad batch and not the normal that your company is selling because these truly have been awful. They were ok for about the first 2-3 weeks and they have been a battle ever since and progressively got worse to the point of removal now. Please let me know how we can rectify this as I don’t want to have a negative experience with your company but at this point I could never recommend these to anyone.

So I asked them for a refund for the terrible quality extensions they sent out. They told me to send the product back they gonna do a “ thorough examination and perform some in-house tests”. I told them that I am not comfortable sendig it to them and waiting for them to refund me, since I found so many reviews here saying that after they sent back their extensions, they got told that it was their fault that the hair looked like that and they ended up never receiving a refund. They did not come back to me after that reply. I would advice everyone who has some time to report this website at NCSC.go.uk . What they are doing is a scam. They promise professional, luxury 100% remy hair extensions and they send out the lowest quality hair which is either a mix of synthetic hair and real hair or it was excessively silicone processed which completely ruind the hair. That is false advertising and since they are refusing to send refunds it is potential scam too.

Terrible extensions don’t waste your money!! Ordered some tapeins, I never had extensions this bad in my life. It tangles like crazy and gets matted. It’s disgusting that they charged me £275 and I only wore the extensions for 2 weeks because it got so bad… ( it was literally a nightmare) It was actually painful wearing them and while I was trying to detangle it I pulled out 3 pices in that 2 weeks, that pulled my actual hair out from the root. Honestly I’m pretty sure it had synthetic hair mixed in with real hair which is false advertising, since on the website it said it’s 100% remy hair. I sent an email about my horrible experience to costumer service, they were not helpful at all and sent me a form to fill out, which just shows how many complaines they get similar to mine…. I will keep posting my reviews though until the case is closed so everyone can see what to expect from this website….

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! These are the worst tape in hair extensions I have ever used, after one wash they were matted and like horse hair, I cant wear these extensions down without them turning into dreadlocks - I usually order from Viola which are great I wish I’d stuck with them. Don’t waste your money!!

I ordered 6 bags of ultra slim tape ins in the colors Rooted Ombré Bronde and Rooted Light Brown in 22 inches. I was very excited about trying these tapes. When they arrived they were super silky soft however they were on the thinner side than other brands that I have tried. The color was gorgeous and the perfect blend for me. They were perfect for about one month. I am a liscenced cosmetologist and use the best products that I have used with every other brand. The hair is very thin and fragile, tangles very very badly having to brush the hair out every 30 minutes. Very disappointing having to throw these out after only two months and spending of $500. I do not recommend buying from this brand.

After receiving my extensions there were all uneven like someone has woe. Then and been cut, I hit in contact to send them back and they wouldn’t give me a refund, I no when hair has been cut wrong as I’m a hairdresser and I can’t wear them tgis is the first time I’ve had this problem with hair extensions ever! Not a happy first time costumer and will be taken my costume somewere else

I’m really disappointed with these extensions. I wore them once and they’re already starting to fall apart 😐 The hair I received is poor quality and full of split ends. I ordered brown with blonde highlights and the “blonde” is actually just grey hair. I’m also disappointed with the length, they aren’t full and thick as advertised, the hair is very choppy and layered. Half of the strands have a rough weird texture and don’t even look like human hair. They tangle super easily and so much hair falls out when I try to comb through them. Save your money & go somewhere else.

I ordered hair which looked nothing like the video preview...with this in min I cautiously orded only the extentions second time to ensure it was what I was looking for and when I asked for the pony to be bought at the same price before the increase I was told categorically no...had the colour been what I expected I would have kept both but it wasnt

I’ve been an extensionist for 14 years and I’ve NEVER experienced such bad quality hair even from budget hair. I thought I’d try the invisible tapes as an option to offer clients, well after 2 washes the hair matted badly and became soo dry which rendered it unusable. Extremely disappointing after spending not far off £500!

Poor quality hair, the return is ridiculous. You can't open the bag to see the hair I think on purpose so you can't return it. I hated the experience. Don't waste your money

IF I CAN LEAVE NO STARS I WILL, I am appalled with the way they have dealt with my situation, the website and pictures are deceiving I bought from milk and blush however the hair quality and texture is below what I expected it does not match my hair at all and is very shiny giving a synthetic, I have asked for a refund and they said they can’t issue a refund due to hygiene purposes but they are willing to take the hair back for an exchange!!! What??!? Don’t purchase from them they will scam you out your money

Purchased some extentions from this company and with using a hair dryer on them once (with heat protection and at a salon). They went completely matted and dry like synthetic hair. Emailed the company and was told it was my fault and never heard back. Really unprofessional.

Extremely disappointed in my extensions this time. Have purchased before and was happy with them but they seem to be synthetic this time and very poor. They matt instantly after clipping in and I have even snapped 2 weft bands brushing them out. Have emailed expressing my concern but been ignored. Tried to add photos but won’t let me submit after doing so!

Terrible experience I received my goods covered in an oil substance with the packaging all ripped then had to be out of pocket to post back and customer service so unhelpful won’t use again

I ordered on Friday and paid £10 for a delivery Saturday before 1pm and still don’t have my order! Had to cancel hair appointment and have lost my deposit. Still have no extensions. Terrible service
