“Terrible customer service - Package was shipped to the wrong address and no attempt has been made to reship package to the correct address. This has been going on over a month with no resolve.”

I've looked into this and can see that the correct address was on the package however it looks as though USPS are experiencing some issues with this. “Next working day order delivered on time. Hair quality is excellent. Easily best human hair extensions i've ever bought. So plesed i'm getting another set! Customer care also very responsive. All in all really impressed.”

“M + B made me happy because my self esteem isn't great however my hair is one of the most important things for me to help with that and I have never bought hair extensions as gorgeous as the M + B extensions. Their presentation is flawless also 💗”

“I was originally going to return my milk + blush hair extensions, but curiosity got the better of me and I had to open them deciding I was going to keep them. I was over the moon with them and so glad I had kept them! They are so thick and are the perfect length and look great! I will definitely be buying from milk + blush again!”

“I just want to say that i really really love your hair extensions! My mother bought them for me for my birthday and they are amazing!!! It blends very well with my real hair. No one even notices that it isn't my real hair, the texture is so beautiful, they don't tangle or anything. The hair doesn't fall out at all!! I really am impressed and amused❤️🔥”

“I used to order these extension and were so thick and good quality last 2 sets ordered bloody awful thin knotting and cheap . Can't find the address to send back and no reply avoid ..I def am”

“I was trying to contact with them as I'm still waiting for my hair and nothing. All contact what they put on their website are not available, I was trying contact email , Instagram, phone, Facebook and nothing. I was trying to put comments on Facebook but it's automatically removed. Very suspicious. I'm deeply disappointed as I have wedding and I thought I can wear that hair.”

“I'm getting married in one week, waiting 3 weeks already and I did not receive anything. I got information that my address is not correct, but that's not true, they already were sending me few months ago hair on the same address and there was no problem. Now they are writing the address in incorrect. I paid for that £35 and did not get anything. I live in zone 2 in London”

“I have been buying hair extensions from this website for YEARS and i have always had amazing haIr! Its always been thick and last forever!! but i jist got my order tonight and i am so disappointed. Ots extremly thin... I got the 246 grams PLUS 2 more quad wefts.. So i spent over 400 U.S dollars on the worst quality hair i have ever purchased!!! When i put it on it was like i was wearing 3 strands of hair on my head. And the hair was so dry. My 1 year old pair of hair is better quality than this. SAD.”

“I have ordered from this company before and the quality has always been great. However, with the latest order, the shipment was very late, the customer service apalling, the colour completely different from what they represented and the quality is not at all the same as before. Very thin, dry and feels synthetic. Do not buy from this company!!”

I've looked into this and can see that the item ordered was out of stock, so this was why the shipment was late unfortunately. I can also see that a member of the team got back to your emails on the same day regarding your concerns. We take all quality concerns super seriously and we would always recommend customers to get in touch with us about any concerns they may have regarding the quality as soon as they arise so that we can try and reach a resolution together. “I ordered my hair on Friday paid for next day delivery which specifies Saturday delivery to I received one email when my payment was taken but nothin since I have made contact through Instagram Facebook Twitter and your help email but nothing back awful customer service Iv never experienced this before”

“I wrote a bad review before because I was charged for next day delivery and they didn't come for a week. However after emailing the team they have given me a refund for the delivery charge and my extensions have come today. If you are waiting on your hair and getting impatient. It is worth it, they look and feel amazing. Mine only took a week but they were in stock. Hang in there girls they will come and they will look fab!”

“Should of read the reviews. Ordered from milk and blush about 4 times in the past and never once had an issue until i ordered last week and paid an extra £6 for next day delivery. Never received a tracking number or anything, only 1 email back from the team saying its on the way basically blaming the royal mail and if i don't receive it to contact them again, so i did and heard nothing back. I have now re-ordered from Foxy Locks who also use royal mail and it was shipped an hour later so its unacceptable to blame the royal mail as i know milk and blush use these for their next day delivery. I want my £145 back or i will be taking this alot further.”

“I Bought extensions from them last week. I paid for next day delivery and it has now been a week. wished i looked at the reviews before. the hair was IN STOCK so no reason for them to take so long. I have emailed a number of times. only had 1 response. Would like an answer to where my 1 hundred and something pounds went.”

“I had ordered from them before (last summer). The quality of the extensions was great; perfect color, no shedding and they arrived within just a few days. I wear the extensions every day and wanted to get some new ones. Based on my positive experience with the company I ordered from them again without hesitation. That was almost a month ago and it said they were out of stock and they would restock soon. My order status is still on processing though and when I wrote an email to ask when they would arrive I did not get a reply. It's a pity because the extensions are so amazing and I always thought Milk&Blush was a great company. Reading the other reviews it seems as though they are experiencing some problems. I think they should take responsibility and inform their customers about what is going on and if they are having financial problems or problems with their stock. It is completely irresponsible to keep customers waiting without any information. As I said before, it is a pity because the extensions are truly amazing!”

“I have emailed 4 times now and still had no reply, I ordered my extensions early last week and needed to change my order be find out when they will be delivered as still say on Hold. It is ridiculous that you have no telephone contact number for anyway to speak to anyway and it seems no one can be bothered to reply to emails!! Really disappointed me will not be ordering from this company again.”
