I have emailed 4 times now and still had no reply, I ordered my extensions early last week and needed to change my order be find out when they will be delivered as still say on Hold. It is ridiculous that you have no telephone contact number for anyway to speak to anyway and it seems no one can be bothered to reply to emails!! Really disappointed me will not be ordering from this company again.

Hey Amber, thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback of your experience with us :) I've just looked into this and can see the team did get back to you regarding this, however unfortunately we were updating our warehouse processes at the time and this caused a slight mix up with shipping time frames so please do accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. I'm pleased to say these issues are now completely resolved and we have resumed super fast despatch over the past few months :) xoxo

I ordered these hair extensions 10 days ago and am still waiting for them to be delivered? It does say for Australia up to ten business days and it's been the Easter weekend too, so perhaps they'll come after. What I find strange though is that there are no contact details or an email for customers. Also they should update us on what is going on. My order has said "shipped" for 10 days. I paid a lot of money for these and would like to know what is going on.

Hey there, thanks so much for taking the time to give us your feedback :) I've just looked into this for you and can see the order was despatched on the same day the order was placed and delivery to Australia is estimated at 4-10 working days so this wouldn't include any weekends or bank holidays :) Once an order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info which can be used on the Royal Mail website to keep an eye on the progress :) I hope this helps :) xoxo

I ordered my extensions on Tuesday and paid for next day delivery. It's now Saturday and they still haven't arrived. I have emailed every day to try to understand when my extensions will come (I have stressed since Wednesday morning I need them for Sunday). The customer service team only seems to reply to certain emails. Bad customer service. I won't be ordering again from here my weekend has been RUINED. Waste of £153.

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback :) It's super helpful for us to improve in future :) I've just looked into this and can see that this order was placed while some improvements to our warehouse system were taking place. During this time, unfortunately some orders were a little delayed in being shipped out. However I can see that the team offered to refund your next day delivery costs and to get this out to you as soon as possible. I ordered my hair the 31st of March. It is now April 10th I have not recieved my hair as i ordered from you guys because it says ships in 3-6 days. I would now like my money back this has been a huge waste of time. I ordered this hair so I had it for an event I need to attend this evening. This is absolutely rediculous, especially for the amount of money I paid to get these. I will not recommend nor order from this company again. I cant believe this. I have no hair extensions for the main purpose I ordered these for. This company has NO customer service phone number to reach them at. I am very disappointed. Please let me know how to cancel my order. I would like my 254 dollars back now..

Hey Becca - firstly thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback of your experience with us :) We're usually known for super fast despatch and delivery all over the world and so we regret that we fell short of this for you on this occasion. Delivery in the US is estimated at 3-6 working days. As your order was placed past the cut off time for same day despatch on 31st March, this was shipped on April 3rd and was delivered on April 12th which makes 6 full working days. They said shipping takes 3-7 days in still waiting on 7th day. I've never experienced anything to take this long to ship. My order has said "in transit" for 4 days now...

I've just looked through our correspondence with you and can see that unfortunately customs held your package which resulted in a slight delay. Customs will sometimes hold orders for review and unfortunately this is beyond our control. I paid for next day delivery Tuesday evening, there was no indication on the site that I could find of a cut off time. They didn't come Wednesday which I just put down to me missing a cut off time (which is still not acceptable as I couldn't see anywhere saying there was one). But now I'm extremely disappointed as I am STILL waiting and it is Friday! My order has been saying shipped for over 24 hours now. I've never had an issue with postal services before when ordering next day delivery so I will be very upset if milk and blush just blame it on that.

I purchased these extensions and it still says it's processing it been 5 days and the order number that was given to me won't let me track my order. I know you took the money right out of my account. I've emailed and no response, this is very upsetting.

I ordered the triple weft, colour "love this feeling" in 16-18". I cannot express how happy I am with them. After reading previous reviews I was pretty sceptical after spending £106 on them but they are soooo much better than other brands I've bought including hair planet and beauty works. The hair is super thick, matched my hair PERFECTLY and they don't stick out of your head like normal clip ins do. This company have made a loyal customer with me, will definitely be buying from them again!

I got these extensions around 3 month ago, they are still amazing as the first day I got them and they are THE BEST. I've shopped around a lot and these are by far my favourite. The thickness and softness from top to bottom are amazing. I'll 100% be ordering more.

There is no way to speak to customer services. I have paid for next day delivery (and for a reason) yet the order is still showing as processing and has not been delivered. Even though you state on your site that you are really quick at packing?! -which doesn't seem like the case. I just want to know why is happening with my order??? And although I have emailed I have had no response!!!

Only giving 2 stars for the amount of hair that you get with the quad weft. The quality of the hair is awful!! I bought these clip ins thinking that they would be a great alternatives to microbeads but, having only worn the hair at max 4 times it has gone sticky and tangled. Completely not fit for purpose!!!!

I have been buying hair from what now is Milk & Blush when they were HeadKandy and I have been extremely pleased with my hair extensions until the last set. They have been weaved with synthetic hair so the first time I styled them the end of the hair is crispy feeling. Looks like it is time to change brands. The company quality hasn't been great since the change and i am bummed because i used to love them.

I ordered my extensions and paid for shipping and as people have said below, I still have not received them. It has been more that 6 days and the tracking still has not been updated. If I do not receive these, I will be extremely mad coming that I paid over $200 for these extensions. There is no way to contact the company either! If the company is reading this review, please figure out what is happening to the shipping of your extensions or please return my money. Thanks.

I am still waiting for a set of hair extensions I ordered 11 days ago. There has been no update in tracking in 10 days and I cannot email them anyplace on their website. I am disappointed with the long wait and lack of available communication with customer service

I ordered a set of hair extensions from this website and the only option I was given for shipping was the 3-7 day flat rate which I was okay with. I paid the $10 shipping fee and placed my order. It's almost been two weeks and I still have not seen my extensions. Every time I look to "track my order" the website is messed up and it doesn't give me an updated location. I won't be wasting my time with this website again.

The extensions were no where near thick enough and didn't match my hair colour either. I ordered "Stalker Worthy" after Milk and Blush advised me to get that colour. As well as this, I wasn't sent a sample of the hair, so I had to break the hygiene seal to see if it was thick enough/the right colour - now I can't get a refund. So, I've either been advised completely wrong and paid £35.95 for something completely wrong for my hair (also been given terrible advise by the company) or I've been sent the wrong order. Either way I'm not happy.

Hey Ellen, firstly, thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback :) I'm sorry to hear Stalker Worthy wasn't a match for you - please do bear in mind that the shade match is just a suggestion, the team do try and match as closely as possible and we also provide a shadematcher page of the shades in different lighting situations to give you a better idea of the what the shade can work with. We're usually known for super thick hair from top to bottom and so I'm sorry we fell short of your expectation on this occasion. Ok so, i feel i need to do a new review, i left a not so great review (really if im honest because i was in a huff that they didnt come for my night out 🙈) when I actually ordered after the cut off point for next day delivery (which i didnt realise) anyway they just came, i ordered 20/22 inch this time and omg i am in love! So thick and beautiful in the triple weft set, so i am sorry and this is an honest review! Also didn't realise the team didn't reply during weekends, so was unfair to say they weren't great either sorry guys Xxx

Hair is ok, i have had better from hair planet but they no longer sell clip ins, customer care not great either 😩 Contacted them on fb, twitter, and email and still nothing!

Hey there :) Hair Extensions from Milk + Blush can be dyed up to 2 shades darker or you may be able to apply a toner. If you need to dye your extensions more than 2 shades darker, pre-pigmenting prior to dying will be required. Pre-pigmenting can be a little tricky to do at home, we recommend speaking to your stylist about this. Hair extensions cannot be bleached or lightened. Importantly we recommend that a strand test is completed prior to dyeing, always follow the dye manufacturer's instructions and the Milk + Blush dye guide. If you are unsure about dyeing the extensions then your stylist will be most helpful. Most stylists will have experience of dying hair extensions and can avoid many of the pitfalls associated with box dyes.
