“Just bought some triple wefted hair extensions which I love. Ordered to come next day which they did no problem. Even fitted through my letter box so no waiting around or having to go to collect from post office. They were very well packaged and the test piece is a great idea to see length etc . I was unsure which colour to go for so I emailed via Facebook and received a quick reply advising me on colour. They match perfect to my hair and are so thick. The best extensions I've owned xxxxx”

“I have purchased and used many hair extensions both synthetic and real hair. This is by FAR the best product out on the market. The hair texture is superb, the quality of hair and color tones and the thickness is not too little but not too much so it sits easy and stays in place with the clip-ins.. The customer service is really good. I had some bumps along the way but it was me not reading all the email and made some mistakes. The color choice was my error originally but got an expert on the CHAT session and all was cleared up. I there was a negative it is that they are too popular and your color is not always available. NO one can tell I use their extensions. A MUST HAVE FOR ANYONE.”

“I purchased a set of quad wefts from Dirty Looks about 1 year ago. I initially ordered the wrong color & they were really helpful. It was a very easy return. Received the second pair, perfect color. My hair isn't that thick and apparently my head isn't large enough to wear the entire set. for the past year, I've worn the largest weft 5-6 times a week and get nothing but compliments. very few people know that they are extensions. I would highly recommend this product. the quality and color are unsurpassed. I intend on purchasing again. however, since I have the full set, I may wear a couple of the 3 1/2 or 4 inch wefts across the back of my head, like I currently wear the largest weft.”

“I'm a returning customer. I bought from them when they were named Dirty Looks and was floored with the quality of these extensions. The length and thickness in particular was amazing. Now I've just bought another set, same colour and length and I'm disappointed. The length is barely 16 inches and the thickness isn't as great, especially the quad weft. I don't understand how you can raise the price of these extensions when they were better quality in the past, and cheaper.”

Hey Ray, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're normally known for super thick wefts from top to bottom and we regret that on this occasion this fell short of your expectations. I can see from our correspondence that a member of the Customer Care team explained that older wefts can seem thicker due to them becoming porous over the time and absorbing excess moisture. If you'd like us to look into this further it would be great if you could weigh the wefts for us to see if they are as advertised and let us know at hello@milkandblush.com : ) xoxo

“I've been ordering from this company for many years now, and the quality of the product along with the customer service has not changed, only improved. The extensions blend seemlessly with my hard to match hair, and every hair stylist I bring them to is blown away by them! I will definitely continue to get my extensions from Milk + Blush!”

“I ordered the quad weft to add some more thickness to my current extensions (which are Brit rocks who I would highly recommend for thick hair, mine are 6 months old and still in great condition). After recovering the extensions today I was eager to see what they were like, after checking the colour, itwas a perfect match, so I opened the packet (making them non refundable). I've have never seen such a think quad weft in my life. You can see your hand straight though it and it will add no additional volume to my hair at all. I will not be recommending this brand to anyone, and will actively discourage sales. How they can market this as a quad weft is beyond me, it's the same thickness as a single weft from Brit rocks. A very dis-satisfied customer.”

“This is my first time ordering from milk and blush, I have tried lots of extensions over the years and after receiving my order yesterday I have to say how absolutely over the moon I am with my purchase, from start to finish I was super impressed, great website with really helpful information to help you make the right decision on the what is right for you, I really liked the shade matcher idea where you could look at different pictures of your choice of shade, ( I chose the omre in shade "bel air baby" and the ombré is so natural and blended), no blunt lines at all) the delivery was super fast and hassle free and I particularly liked the way in which there is a sample piece in your packet which enables you to return your item if it isn't quite right, on opening the product after being happy with the color match I have to say I was taken aback with how thick and soft the hair was (I ordered the triple weft full head as I have thick hair) never before have I purchased hair extensions of such good quality, the hair stays thick right down to the ends which is so rare when normally buying hair extensions as they always seem to be so sparse towards the end with any others that I have brought, super easy to put in, took me literally minutes and only needed minimal blending ( my hair is just above the shoulders and my extensions are 16"-18") so so thrilled with my new hair ???? And if anyone reading this is considering ordering these I say GO FOR IT!!! I am so pleased that I did, FANTASTIC PRODUCT?????????? FABULOUS WEBSITE?????????? SUPER HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ??????????”

“I've been a customer of HeadKandy for years, after I saw this was now called Milk and Blush, I wanted to see if the hair extensions were still of the same high quality, I've been wearing extensions for over ten years and I wouldn't buy my extensions from anywhere else. After buying myself a new set I was still so happy to see that the hair is so thick, and lasts such a long time, my last set lasted me a year! These extensions are really well made and look so natural, you really do get so much hair for the price you pay :) I had to return a set as a I ordered the wrong length (silly me!) and the staff at Milk and Blush couldn't do enough for you, they quickly exchanged my extensions and sent me out a new set...they arrived and were beautifully packaged. The best thing about these extensions is not only the super high quality but also they do not shed hair :D Do not buy your extensions from anywhere else, these extensions really are amazing, and I cannot put into words how good they are.... Love from One Very Happy Customer <3”

“I bought the set Kiss The Girl in 16-18inch and I'm soooooo satisfied. These extensions are beautiful and feel so silky and soft ?? will definitely be purchasing again in the near future. Also, the staff is awesome and always replied to my emails quickly. Worth the money.”

“I already was a client at Milk + Blush when it was still called Headkandy. When I ordered my frist set of blonde extensions I was super suprised by the fast delivery and the amazing quality of the extensions. I was quite sure about which color I needed but when I sent them an email with a picture of my hair they got the perfect fit for me (toasted highlights - now called Girl Band which is a beautiful blonde tone with light brown highlights in it) this set is now about 5 years old or so and the quality is still great even though i washed them and styled them a lot during that time. When I decided to dye my hair dark brown and still wanted to have long hair and did not want to dye the beautiful blonde (I'm always changing between blonde and brown hair...) I knew that back then Headkandy - now Milk + Blush would be again my choice because I've been so happy with my first set. So I orderd a color that I liked ( Espresso - now called Love This Feeling) brought it with me to the hair dresser and he colored my hair in the perfect matching shade.... after getting bored of just brown hair I did some diy ombre to the extensions with bleach which turned out super cute and I was really happy with it - but then decided to dye the hair back to a darker brown... And even after all this bleach and dye the extensions are still super soft and do not look damaged or anything - even though I did dye them, style them, washed them, blow dried them etc.... So after sticking with the blond and the brown for a long time it was now time for something that's not too brown and not too blonde and I was looking for something inbetween. So I found out that Headkandy is not Headkandy anymore and is now called milk + blush - but knowing that it is more or less the same I was quite positive that the hair quality would be just as great. So I ordered a set of "Full Head Hair Extensions - Triple Weft Set" 22-20" in the color "She stole my look" and it is such a lovely natural somewhat inbetween light brown and dark blonde which matched my hair really good. With the leftover Toasted Highlights pieces which I already owned I got the perfect match for my hair and it just looks super natural and the quality is amazing!!! When I was having trouble with the order because it didn't arrive in time I decided to write to the customer service and the person I wrote to was super nice and friendly and was super willing to help - but one day later my package arrived and I when I wrote an email letting them know that my package arrived and that I'm loving it I got the cutest respond.. they really do care about their customers and as it wasn't their fault with the delay it was totally fine. The package arrived in the cutest packaging the extensions are devided in two pieces - one part where you can put one piece out and check if the color matches - if not you can send it pack - and one part with the actual set in it - when once opened you can not send them back- which I think is such a great idea. One thing that people might not like is that if you get your extensions they are super shiny - and for people like me that do not have super shiny hair it looks a bit weird or fake. But what I do is I just wash them and sometimes I blow dry them or sometimes I just leave them and let them dry - both works fine - and then they look super duper natural and still healthy but not too shiny anymore - so it doesnt bother me at all. In the end I am a super happy customer for years now and milk + blush will always be my number one choice when it comes to hair extensions. The quality is amazing - the prices are very good for the amount and the quality of hair you get - and the customer services is amazing as well. So Thank you for making it possible that I was able to have the most amazing her for the last couple of years and I will be definitly ordering from them again.”

“The customer service I received from Milk + Blush has been top notch. No question too small, nor too big. Their products are great quality and my Husband thought I'd actually coloured my hair, he didn't know it was a little longer than usual! That's how well their hair extensions blend and match. I have had a range of extensions throughout my time, clip-ins being a big source due to versatility and less damage overall.
