“Omg I am in LOVE! I cut my hair short which I love but I wanted the luxury of long locks now and then. I did an online search for clip in extensions and Milk and Blush were one of the many offerings. I contacted them on WhatsApp to help me with a colour match. I sent them 3 photos in natural light, at different angles. They replied THE SAME DAY (amazing for us inpatient girlies!). I ordered for next day delivery because I'm impatient and they arrived beautifully boxed. Seriously the packaging is gorgeous! There was a "test weft" to make sure I was happy with the colour match before I committed. I'll be honest, I was skeptical that they'd match my hair. I needn't have worried, the match is unreal! And the quality of the hair is INCREDIBLE! Thick and lush like something out of a hair commercial. I am really impressed and 1000000% happy with my purchase.”

“Excellent quality extentions, my daughter loves them. Rapid service too, ordered around 4pm one day, arrived by 10am the following. Ul not get better service than that. Totally delighted all round”

“I purchased the seamless 20 inch hair extensions for my wedding. While my wedding isn't until next month, I did use the extensions for my hair trial and they worked perfectly! They stay in my hair and blend really well. The hair on the extensions is softer than my own hair...”

“Almost 1 month ago I did the order. I payed for express delivery because it was for an event. Parcel was never delivered. Unhelpful Customer Service. DON’T BUY FROM EUROPE BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE THE NECESSARY CERTIFICATE THAT THE IMPORT DEPARTMENT FOR SANITY WILL ASK FOR. So maybe that’s why people complains about the quality”

“Haven’t ordered extensions in a long time and I am so pleased with these! They look and feel beautiful and are really subtle in the hair! The colour is slightly too light but it still blends and I may order another colour so it’s multi tones. Absolutely chuffed to bits! Thank you!!”

“Wow, from the service I was provided, the packaging everything came in and the quality of the product, I am beyond impressed. Started off with requesting a colour match. The quick response I received, to the care and detail that went it to ensuring the match was perfect was exceptional. I was expecting to have to do something to these extensions to blend with my hair but there is actually no need to. The packaging is so cute and the amount of hair you get for the money is crazy. The quality is so great and I'm absolutely in love. All round amazing and highly recommend!!!!!”

“I bought the filler extensions, and I'm pretty disappointed in them. For the amount of money I paid, to get two stringy thin extensions. These are so hard to cover up too, no matter what I do, the track keeps showing. I wish they were more seamless. Overall I would not recommend these, unfortunately”

“Have previously got milk + Blush clip ins and the quality was amazing, so thought I’d order their nano bonds as I expected the same quality however for the price of paying over £500 the quality is awful they were okay for the first 2 weeks. They shed like crazy, are always matted and knotted no matter how much you brush them and are all dry and frizzy! I know how to look after extensions as I have worn extensions for over 3 years now and all my previous sets have lasted me a year + I just decided to switch from tapes to Nanos. Don’t waste your money as this is the worst quality hair I have ever had.”

“I had messaged when I purchased my tape in extensions with some concerns after reading some reviews. I was assured that the extensions were top quality and I had nothing to be concerned about. Unfortunately I have not found that to be true. I have tried many brand over the years as I have worn tape in extensions for about 8-10 years now. These are among some of the worst I have tried. The positive is, I do love the invisible tape where it’s not a shiny tab at the top but actual hair coming out so they are much less noticeable. The negatives are that they get matted up constantly. I have had them moved up once so I have worn them for approximately 10-12 weeks. I have had extensions last me 9 months as I do know how to properly care for them especially with my hair being so blonde, I take extra care to keep my extensions and natural hair healthy. No matter what I do these stay matted very badly. I will be having to have them removed this week as they are totally unmanageable at this point which should not be happening given their age. The next thing is the shedding and breaking off. I have to brush them constantly because of the matting and there is so much shedding and breakage it’s everywhere. My entire floorboard of my car is broken blonde hairs which is definitely the extensions and not my hair. I am very dissatisfied with these extensions and had really hoped to love them. I feel like a refund of the money I paid is due to me given the quality and short life span of these extensions or a replacement of them as maybe I just got a bad batch? Surely this was a bad batch and not the normal that your company is selling because these truly have been awful. They were ok for about the first 2-3 weeks and they have been a battle ever since and progressively got worse to the point of removal now. Please let me know how we can rectify this as I don’t want to have a negative experience with your company but at this point I could never recommend these to anyone.”

“I have been using milk + blush for a long time and have always loved the products, however this last set has to be by far the worst I have received, which makes me extremely sad. The stitching is absolutely terrible and I’m not sure how long they will last and to say that the price has increased I’m confused as to why I am paying more for a less quality product.”

“I took a chance with milk + blush after always buying my hair extensions from another brand. I will never be going anywhere else now, these are the best extensions I’ve ever bought! “So I asked them for a refund for the terrible quality extensions they sent out. They told me to send the product back they gonna do a “ thorough examination and perform some in-house tests”. I told them that I am not comfortable sendig it to them and waiting for them to refund me, since I found so many reviews here saying that after they sent back their extensions, they got told that it was their fault that the hair looked like that and they ended up never receiving a refund. They did not come back to me after that reply. I would advice everyone who has some time to report this website at NCSC.go.uk . What they are doing is a scam. They promise professional, luxury 100% remy hair extensions and they send out the lowest quality hair which is either a mix of synthetic hair and real hair or it was excessively silicone processed which completely ruind the hair. That is false advertising and since they are refusing to send refunds it is potential scam too.”

“Terrible extensions don’t waste your money!! Ordered some tapeins, I never had extensions this bad in my life. It tangles like crazy and gets matted. It’s disgusting that they charged me £275 and I only wore the extensions for 2 weeks because it got so bad… ( it was literally a nightmare) It was actually painful wearing them and while I was trying to detangle it I pulled out 3 pices in that 2 weeks, that pulled my actual hair out from the root. Honestly I’m pretty sure it had synthetic hair mixed in with real hair which is false advertising, since on the website it said it’s 100% remy hair. I sent an email about my horrible experience to costumer service, they were not helpful at all and sent me a form to fill out, which just shows how many complaines they get similar to mine…. I will keep posting my reviews though until the case is closed so everyone can see what to expect from this website….”

“Following some health issues a few years ago I lost a lot of my hair and it is now extremely thin and doesn’t grow to a certain point, I started wearing hair extensions and have tried many different brands (including some very well known expensive ones) before I tried milk and blush. By far milk and blush is the best hair I’ve ever used! The sets last and look good as new for months and months!! Such good value for money!! Will be my go to forever!!”
