“So in LOVE with my gorgeous hair from milk + blush! It's so thick right to the ends! I feel a million dollars, thank god i found you. I've been buying extensions for over 10 years and have been getting more and more frustrated at the standard of quality dropping with hair suppliers :-( without naming names i really have tried the lot! I searched and searched and came across milk + blush....by FAR the thickest most beautiful hair I've ever had. I bought the quad weft full head clip in, I'll never buy from anywhere else now. Excellent customer service - they reply to all emails and will help you out on colour matching. So glad i found this place! ?”

“hi does anyone have a contact number for milk and blush ?? I have frantically been trying to email them as I have ever ordered the wrong shade and it's a gift I want to solve the problem.while they have still not been dispatched rather than waiting for them to come and sending them back etc”

“I am writing this review because I myself trawled the internet reading reviews and found they helped me make my decision on where to purchase my hair extensions. I am actually really surprised by the negative comments on this page, but I guess everyone has different experiences. I ordered my hair last Tuesday and received them on the Friday. In between this time I emailed the helpdesk about a payment query as I was not sure if it had gone through. Esme replied to me within an hour and was super helpful. When my extensions arrived the colour was not suitable (I really should have availed of the colour match service but I’m really impatient). I contacted Esme and let her know that I would be sending them back and she talked me though the exchange process. I posted the extensions back on the Thursday evening, received my store credit on the Monday morning, placed my new order on Monday evening and now my new extensions have just arrived in the post and it’s Wednesday(colour is perfect). If you ask me that deserved a 10/10 for excellent service all round. Also I got the 16-18 full head of extensions 160g and they are really thick, shiny and in good condition. Over all I am seriously impressed, thanks guys!”

“These extensions are awful. Paid an extra £15 on top of my £115 so they'd be 22inches and came 18 inches!! And got extra thick ones and they are so thin it's unbelievable and so ratty at the ends! Do not buy these!”

Hey Paige, firstly let us thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback - it is really important to us. We're normally known for super thick extensions from top to bottom and we regret that on this occasion our product did not live up to your expectations. I can see from our correspondence that your order was returned to us. We were sure to double check the length and weight of the wefts and found they were as advertised however we were happy to issue a refund as they were not as you expected. If you would like a thicker set, the Quad Weft Set may be a better option for you – this is 220g at 20-22" :) xoxo

“I have previously posted negative posts about milk and blush. The quad extensions are far too thin. However finally after arguing my case they have actioned a refund and i am able to keep my current extensions and buy another pair with the refund money so i can double them up so they will be thick enough for me so i still only pay for 1 set but get 2 pairs. At first they refused to offer this but now they have, and i hope they can now see i was actually being genuine when i said they were too thin, i can now finally have nice quality and also thick extensions. Thankyou milk and blush, its just a shame i had to get to the point where i wrote negative reviews.”

“DO NOT BUY!! I have already written a review but since then they have only quoted me on emails what they said on the previous emails. The quad set is not actually a true quad set, they are extremely thin and they wont do anything to compensate At first the service was good but now they are being rude Please buy elsewhere, you will waste your money here. It is false advertisement, i promise you. I hope they will be shut down.”

“The customer service was always very quick, the quality and colour is good but the thickness is not there. I ordered a quad set expecting them to be too thick if anything but they were simply thin. I have had other double weft extensions before that were thicker but they just were not very good quality I ordered these in good faith. When i emailed them with lictures of the extensions in clearly showing they were too thin they told me about the weight stated on the website. Granted i didnt even look at the weight on the website but ordering a quad set - that should be enough to prove that the hair would be thick I did not want my money back, just some more hair which they refused I am now left £125 down If you have fine hair then go ahead and purchase them but if you are like me with thick hair then unless you order two pairs it will not work for you Very dissapointed :(”

“I previously gave the company a one star review as they were initially not prepared to help me when my item did not arrive. However they have subsequently sorted the issue efficiently and effectively and I would be happy to use Milk & Blush in the future.”

“I ordered the full head quad weft set 20-22" in stalker worthy but unfortunately didn't match my hair shade so I returned & exchanged them. Customer care fixed it up and sent them back with no problems and I am sooo happy with them, the colour is perfect & glossy and the hair is so soft and shiny,the best part is that their thick and you get a lot of hair, Would definitely recommend. As I have been purchasing extensions for years I can honestly say these are the best quality :) i dont think their is any point in shopping around trying to save money because these are the best on the market I think & if they last as long as other reviews i have read stated you'd only be saving money :) Milk + Blush had quick responses to all my emails, They always responded so kindly and always answered my questions. They were very kind and understanding. Not only that but these extensions are the best ever!! :) <3 :)”

“Milk and Blush had quick responses to all my emails . They always responded so kindly and always answered my questions. I had to return my extensions due to my weft falling off but they fixed it up and sent them back with no problems. They were very kind and understanding. Not only that but these extensions are the best ever. I had a friend who told me about them and she has had hers for literally 4 years and they still look good on her!”

“PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON HERE. LET ME TELL YOU WHY. 1) I have worked as a fashion model, this hair is used in industry it is the BEST hair you can buy- want to know how all those models on the runway get that gorgeous flowing locks that look silky and blow gently in the breeze? Milk and Blush! 2) I am 23 years old :) , I have been using Milk and Blush since they were 'Dirty looks', and 'headkandy' - yes, I have been purchasing this hair twice a year (or more when I want to indulge and have extra wages), for 7 YEARS! YES I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING THIS HAIR FOR 7 YEARS! I have been every colour under the sun, from platinum blonde to mid caramel, to chocolate brown and dark brown; every step of the way, Milk and Blush (as its known now) has been there at my side to give me that boost in confidence and make me feel like a runway model or for when I want to feel like a Vegas show girl (when I curl it so its super curly and bouncy) Every Christmas, every Birthday, 'hair in a box' as my mum and me joke, is top of my wish list. I will forever love you my hair in a box! The service is A*** I appreciate your timely responses, guidance with colour matches and expertise of the company. “Very disappointed in this company, ordered from them in 2012 when they were called headkandy and my extensions lasted for several years in good condition. I ordered another set in april 2016 and was sent faulty extensions, (hair wefts were falling off the clips) - I sent them an image of them and asked to be sent a replacement set, which they agreed to after several emails. They made me pay for the original set to be sent back to them costing me £8.55 and only refunded me £3.50 of this, even though the product I was returning was faulty and should never have been sent to me in that condition. They also threatened to charge me for the replacement set if I did not send back the original set within 7 days. Horrible customer service.”

I can see that a member of our Customer Care team did state that we would only be able to reimburse return postage costs of up to £3.50 however I do understand that seeing as the item was faulty we could have deviated from policy on this occasion so let me apologise for this. We would never wish to come across as making threats in any way to our clients, and I apologise on behalf of the team if this is how it came across. “Milk + Blush have one of the best customer service teams i've ever experienced! They are always so quick to respond to inquiries and helped me find the absolute perfect colour match to my extensions. The extensions are amazing and even for blonde hair (which I find get tangled the quickest) they last for an incredibly long time. I've been wearing hair extensions for about 5 years and these are by far the best quality.”
