Worst extensions I’ve ever purchased. Feel silky smooth as soon as you get out the packet and then turn to horse hair after one use, feel the same quality as the cheap back stage clip ins. Clips are chunky so can be difficult to hide. Worst quality and expensive.

I will continue to write reviews until I get a refund for such poor quality hair. As you can see in other reviews including my own the hair gets matted gets dry so easily which proves it’s synthetic hair. After poor customer service I have wrote to trading standards to report the company for falsely advertising. I am having to take out the hair I only had fitted less than two months ago as I can’t even wear it down because it doesn’t stay straight it matts within seconds of brushing you can’t even put your fingers through it without having to pull and get the knots out .. please do not use for your professional extensions it really isn’t worth the hassle or money

I have had the 22inch blonde tape ins for two months now , first I noticed how quick the loss of hair was , which I reported for them to fob me off sadly now the hair is so dry and knotty constantly DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LOOK ELSEWHERE

I had an awful experience with Milk and Blush. I am certain I had not touched/opened the extensions I attempted to return at all, Milk and Blush clearly stated I could take out the one piece to see the colour to match to my hair but that is all that was touched. I’m not happy I have now had to pay the rest of this when I did NOT open the box I returned it exactly how I received it. Just to add I have ordered extensions from Milk and Blush before and fully understand the returns policy as I have returned extensions in the past and I had my refund successfully with no problems however this time you are refusing to refund me even though I had not handled or opened the void seal. Now I’m not really sure what happens now as this has never happened before with my returns but I hope you understand that i didn’t touch the extensions or open the seal this could be an error on your behalf and I would like to investigate more because I remember clearly being cautious of the packaging and handling the box as I know your returns policy is strict therefore is why I never opened at all. I’m not happy that I have had to explain myself like this but what else can I do, I deserve to be refunded my money for this as I ordered the wrong colour for myself and now cannot order the right ones as I haven’t received my money back from this refund I am really unhappy about this outcome

I ordered clip ins due to a recommendation from a friend. I’m usually a ponytail girl but now I’ve got my hair back in beautiful condition I thought why not give clip ins a go finally. This was my first time ordering human hair clip in extensions. I picked 20” seamless extensions, paid additional for them to be delivered within 1-2 days. I was excited to receive them as I was looking forward to putting them in and practice some styling before all the Christmas parties. My delivery had come, when opening to my surprise the box was empty, no extensions just clips for the extensions. The security seals finely broken, no hair nothing! I was actually quite angry and upset, and it’s actually triggered my anxiety as I’m very specific with things. it’s been a while since treating myself and especially because these are the first human clip ins I’ve ever purchased I was really disappointed. I spent some time going back and forth whether to order, but because I kept going back and having a look on the site I knew it was a sign to just get them. Something like this has never happened to me before so it completely threw me. I’m hoping this can be resolved, I’m confident that if the extensions were in the box this would of been a 5 star review. Have emailed the team, sent pictures and hoping this can be resolved

If I could give zero I would. Customer service is shocking and very avoidant. The hair arrived late in the post, the tapes were not sticky at all and had to be re-taped. After washing the hair it feel dry, frizzy and damaged. It doesn't even feel like human hair. This is apparently professionally tape in, and just less than a week the hair feels dead, dry and has split end up the weft. Save your money and stick with viola or beutyworks. I have spent around 230 on this hair, I will be taking it further with the bank.

First time ordering from Milk and Blush and I have been left extremely disappointed. I paid extra for the hair to come within 2 days and I am still waiting. Spoke to someone from M+B and was told they had been shipped, this was a lie as they've only printed a label and not shipped them. Extremely disappointed and will tell friends to avoid. Gutted after hearing such good things about the hair.

Stupid stupid people. Stringing people along wasting their time, holding on to THEIR MONEY for what 6 weeks? Failed to deliver hair extensions for a wedding. Thanks for that!! ✨✨ mess me about with refund, obvious the item is lost. Make me wait until royal mail confirm that my item is lost before refunding me nearly £200 FOR 6 WEEKS??????? I threaten to force my Bank to refund me, oh like magic I can get a refund??? Why didn't you offer immediately? Why has this company had 4/5 different trading names in a decade? Pathetic. All of these reviews read like sponsored posts.

I've bought some extensions from Milk+Blush in the past, however, this time I couldn't be any more disappointed. Besides paying for customs almost half the amount of my purchase - because the company sends their international orders through national mail and instead of a carrier such as DHL or DPD - the shade I've got is NOTHING like the ONLY picture displayed on the website "Dark Bronde". There's not a single lowlight of brown or burnette shade, but only a very light ashy blonde. Besides the photo being misleading, the description for the shade is also very inaccurate. Being a single weft package, you don't get a tester to check if it's a match, so you can't return it once you open it to look at the shade. I've completely wasted my money and don't recommend the service at all.

Would of been zero. All the tapes fell out the same day. Retaped then witch another brand of tape and they have stayed in now. But the time and effort was a total inconvenience

Bought two of the Volumiser Quad Weft Hair Extension and honestly seem so thin and ragged. Wouldn't buy again.

Ordered for Saturday delivery before 9am on Friday at 8:30am. It is now Sunday and I am yet to receive my order and tracking information. I had booked in and payed a deposit for fitting also which I had to cancel and lose my deposit. Really upset

Very worst customer service, even after 10 days I didn’t receive my tracking number. When I ask them then they provide me with a number. 5 to 15 days delivery would come to me on 18th day, and that’s no use of me because I have to fly abroad for over 3 months. No customer satisfaction, very terrible. They don’t have even a solution of a problem. I.e quick dilivery. We have 100% customer service and a solution in Germany 🇩🇪. Would never buy from them again. Terrible

I first saw Milk & Blush after my friend was a model for them. I have then seen their products over tiktok and instagram but I was put off by their very expensive price, however I was assured their company was fantastic. I have been wanting to try clip in extensions for a while. I had a busy weekend coming up with a surprise party and a few TV appearances for work thought I would treat myself to a set of their extensions. I placed an order at 10:40 on Thursday using next day delivery. I received an email the day before with a colour match and they explained I needed to place my order before midday on thursday to ensure I would receive it next day as their offices were closed on Friday. I did this, and received no confirmation. I emailed them chasing this and they ASSURED me my order was being picked, packed and sent off for next day delivery. I paid over £7 for delivery of this product for a reason. I gave them benefit of the doubt and waited for the confirmation, I even waited on the day of delivery for the package to arrive but I got absolutely nothing!!!!! I emailed them straight away chasing this, contacted them on social media and commented on their posts but I had no response. They have continuously posted on social media but ignored my queries - it's just rude. I have emailed multiple times but I have no idea where my parcel is, I'm out of pocket for next day delivery that was never fulfilled too. I am convinced this company just want you to spend over £200 with them and then keep your money and ghost you when you call them out. Unless you're an influencer, they don't care. Avoid them at all costs because I am now without my hair, money and left upset.

I am not happy with the service I recieved. I am disabled and feel that the company demonstrated ableism. I bought the superior seamless hair in brown lowlights and when I recieved it, I was excited to open the box and take a look. I did not see anywhere on the box that says once opened you cannot return. I also have adhd and autism, therefore my impulsivity on buying the product was in hindsight a big mistake. My extensions were very expensive and now of no use to me. I emailed the company and explained that after watching the YouTube tutorials of how to apply the hair, it would be of no use to me. I have many joint disabilities that mean it would be very difficult and painful to apply the extensions. I notice that many of the videos online showing a hairdresser applying the extensions. For a person to independently do this with several disabilities is virtually impossible and would cause significant pain to do so. I explained all this and that I hadn't worn or applied the hair, I had simply realised on opening that they would not be suitable for me. There is no label that clearly states this, only a card that I found after opening the box and a note on the returns label. Most people don't usually read the returns label receipt when they recieve a package, and this was seperate to the box, so only read this when I decided to return the item. The company need to make their products clearer to understand in regards to the return policy. And also not be ableist and not show any understanding around a person's disabilities. I would have liked a refund as £152 was alot of money for a product that I won't be able to use. If they contact me again, I cannot see how they may resolve this as so far their emails have shown no understanding or willingness to offer a refund or even partial refund. Basically they couldn't care less.

It’s been 6 weeks and I still haven’t received my clip ins so I can’t really review other than it sucks I don’t have them yet. (And I’m only writing this because I get a DAILY email asking me to review them….so they are now getting what they ask for)

Ordered clip ins 220grams Jet black 20” Have done some research of course before purchasing and the photos and videos that have been posted by milk + blush hair extensions looked so full and thick and didn’t see one photo where hair looked thin or anything like that, however when arrived earlier they are in fact very thin for 220g as I had real human hair extensions before that were only 200g they genuinely looked way much fuller and thicker that the ones I received from Milk+blush I wish hair extensions companies would stop making their hair look fuller on social media, than what they really are because people pretty much waste their money on things and it’s quite a shame as it’s not cheap Also another bad thing about these extensions is that I really do not think they are all “real” hair as I have curled them twice today and the curl just won’t stay at all, quite disappointed to be fair as I also found white strands in black hair which is clearly plastic Wouldn’t waste your money ! Have also emailed the team and had no response or any help from them At all Quite disappointing !
