Let's find out together what the problem could be.
I can give you the following tip in advance:
Broccoli likes darkness for the first few days. It is a dark germinator. I personally put the sprout jar in a kitchen cupboard until the seeds start to germinate.
Please rinse your seeds at least twice a day so that they don't dry out.
