“I had a wonderful experience with this letting agent. Their support throughout the entire process was outstanding, from finding a suitable property to handling all the paperwork and communications. The agent was always responsive, professional, and courteous. They made the process of finding and securing a rental property seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agency.”

“My experience of the agents Michel Tuck has been excellent. Grahame the initial agent was relaxed , informative and very professional. He is in my opinion, a standing representative for the company. The back room team are also hard working, supportive and knowledgeable. A definite 10 /10 from me”

“After letting out my property for many years, I decided to sell my bungalow. The staff at the Abbeydale office have been very friendly and helpful. My thanks go to all the staff who helped me, special thanks to Kurt in lettings and Tony & Chloe who helped to sell my property. Cheers 👍”

“I have rented and purchased through Michael Tuck Quedgeley and I have been thoroughly happy with both experiences, the staff really do go above and beyond to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. “We have within the last 19 months rented and also bought through Michael Tuck. Lianne (rental) and Miles (sales) of Quedgely branch both went way above what was expected of them. Both always called back promptly if we had any questions and made the process of renting and then purchasing as smooth as was possible. I genuinely cannot thank Michael Tuck, Lianne and Miles enough and will recommend you all to anyone that will listen. 5 Stars to you all. Kind regards MC”

“The whole sales team were a great support throughout the whole sales process. When calling for updates everyone could answer my queries and put my mind to rest. When going through a particular stressful time trying to get a completion date Tony was a brilliant support and managed to get everyone on the same page. Would recommend Michael Tuck to anyone.”

“As a landlord I have used Michael Tuck for buying, selling and finding tenants over the past 10 years. I have always found them to be professional and friendly at the same time tailoring their service to my needs. I bought my first house through them over 10 years ago and Kurt has been finding suitable tenants ever since. A good all round team!”

“Miles at the Gloucester office was great at giving me a realistic price for my mother's flat (but not underpriced) and handled the negotiation well with the buyers. The flat sold within 2 weeks. When both sets of lawyers were being less than helpful and slow Miles intervened to get things going again and keeping me in the loop and nudging me to prod our solicitors. I would recommend Michael Tuck highly based on my experience.”

“I had a great experience in selling my property, during the valuation I made it clear that I wanted to get things moving quickly and my property was live on the website by lunchtime the following day. 10 minutes later I had my first viewing booked, quickly followed by a second, which resulted in a full asking price offer within 24 hours of going live. 11 weeks later and it’s completed! Charlie pitched the price perfectly, even though I was expecting lower, Chloe and Vicky kept me up to date and answered any questions I had promptly. An all round 5 star experience from a team I would highly recommend!”
