“I’ve had a fantastic experience with Michael Tuck. Michael Tuck helped me to move into my new house after struggling with the other agents. They was Professional and prompt in communication throughout. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, both by email and phone. I can’t remember the man’s name who I first met in viewing the house but he was lovely and very helpful giving me all the information and also offering to help find me a house if this one didn’t work out Michael tuck is breath of fresh air compared to some other letting agents in Cheltenham and Gloucester! “Everyone knows that finding and moving to a new house is such a stressful situation to be into, but Rob completely made it smooth for us and we couldn’t be more thankful for his kindness and immense support. “I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars to Michael Tuck, based on my experience. I was a first time landlord, renting out a retirement apartment, and didn’t have a clue! I dealt in the main with Lianne Hancox, who was superb - friendly, efficient, and with a lot of experience as Lettings Manager. During the twelve months of the tenancy, and previously in marketing the apartment, I had excellent service, and didn’t worry about a thing, as the agency dealt with everything. Unfortunately, my new tenant requires a type of tenancy they don’t deal with, otherwise I would be still on the books!”
