“Moving around the country a lot with work and renting various types of properties with many different agents, I can say without a doubt Michael Tuck's were 100% the best! “I would rate Michael Tuck Estate Agents 5/5. They have been so fantastic throughout my purchase process. I am a first time buyer and Michael Tuck have been very attentive, extremely quick to respond to any queries I had and truly instrumental in progressing my purchase. I would like to give a special mention to Tony Sysum for all of his hard work (and patience!). I’ve never known someone respond so quickly to my emails. I am a solicitor and Tony has far exceeded my expectations of the purchase process. I really feel Tony has gone above and beyond his job role. Generally the whole team at Michael Tuck got stuck in and I have also had positive dealings with Chloe Wilson, Otis Brown, Charlie Hitchman and Miles Pledger. Your efforts are much appreciated and I am very grateful. Thank you!”

“This turned out to be a long difficult move but was helped by the staff at Michael Tuck Abbeymead.Andy was friendly and helpful when he came to value my property. Chloe was great nothing was to much trouble for her very friendly and efficient. When showing people around she was very careful not to let our house cats out it was so nice to be able to trust her.Tony really came through especially towards the end when he was needed always professional. Would recommend.”

“We have no reservation in recommending Michael Tuck Estate Agents, in particular Miles Pledger who oversaw our sale. Living in Devon we were unsure initially as to which agent in Gloucester to appoint to sell our property in Tuffley. We invited 3 agents to value our property and decided to instruct Michael Tuck based on Miles’ advice about how best to market the property plus his professional, attentive manner. The property sold within a few days of being marketed and we had anticipated a quick process to completion given no chain on either side. However, we did encounter a delay in obtaining the management pack which slowed the sale process somewhat but Miles was extremely supportive throughout and quick to respond whether by phone or email. Everyone we spoke to at Michael Tuck was professional and helpful. Thanks to you all.”

“Michael Tuck Letting (Quedgeley) have managed our rental property for the past 11+ years. During this time their professionalism has never dropped. In the early days, Ian, Graham and Vikki-Lee were a huge help to a novice landlord. I'm pleased to say they are still there with a helping hand. Claire has always been the nudge I needed for the necessary insurance and safety checks. Having had some difficult times over the past couple of years I would like to say a special thank you to Lianne who has been there to help wherever she could. We are in the process of selling the property and as expected Miles and Otis are dealing with everything with Tucks usual professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely, friendly office.”

“James and Kurt were swift to get back to us when we first enquired, they thought of us when we lost out on another property and showed us this one. This felt like a very personalised service. Upon meeting with James on the day of moving in, he was late and it transpired that this was due to losing the keys and having to get a new set cut. We find it quite concerning that there is a set of keys to our property out there, we'd have preferred to have had the locks changed. We also made James aware of the fact that the landlords had left one of the black bins full of rubbish from preparing the property. We cannot put both our rubbish and this filled black bin out for collection as we will be charged. We then went on to mention this again on our inventory, along with the fact that there is still guttering left in the garden and stuff in the shed (that the inventory said would both be removed before we moved in). We have had no response about these issues after the inventory was submitted. Whilst myself and Warren are a couple, we are both registered as tennants and both applied/signed agreements yet Warren was the only one to receive a email copy of the tenancy agreement and I am the only one to recieve an email for this feedback. Like i said, we are a couple but 2 tennants- for other tennants that are sharing but not together, I'm sure they'd both like to receive communications properly. On the first day in the property we experienced an electrical shortage due to exposed wires in the bedroom light switch. The man who came round to fix said switch was very casual and did not appear as a qualified electrician (he did not show any ID or have a van etc) he then told us his daughter had lived here and had no issue with the lights. We had already been made aware that the previous tennant was the landlady's daughter- this led us to speculate as to whether the man who came round was infact our landlord. We thought they needed to give notice before coming around and if he was our landlord he could have been forthcoming with that information? Upon speaking to Kurt before moving in he told us we would be meeting him and our landlady on the day of moving in, yet we met with James and no landlady. We recall seeing a man's name as our Landlord? Naturally, we are confused by this? Furthermore, I am addressed as Banny Bignell in the email with this questionnaire and apparently will be submitting this response as Banny Bignell. Whilst my email says Danny (not Banny), all my documentation such as my application and tenancy agreement is in the name Danielle so would very much appreciate if that is the name that is used and spelt correctly.”
