Tried to return an item but could not download a return slip . My order number and email not recognised . So had to contact customer service who were helpful . A return slip should be included with delivery of your order .

The Taxes on 500 Pund to Germany including Feed are 180€. This disappointed me.

Unfortunately I have worn the Sergio Tacchini velour shirt so I can’t return it but the issue is the sleeves are massive, you would need arms like tree trunks to fill them. Shame as it’s a nice polo shirt.

disappointed with Boss polo shirt, had to return it as there were white marks on the front of shirt under the buttons, await replacement

Ordered Boss Polo Shirt but item was delivered with small stain . It is a not a big deal - can be fixed in dry-cleaning but next time please review carrefully items which you send

I’ve bought a Barbour Ashby Jacket M size olive and brown collar, the quality and fit are definitely ok 👍 . I advise against the purchase for customers in the EU area, I had to pay the courier around 50% of the value in duties,VAT and Courier fee, honestly is too much

Hi, thank you for your valued feedback. Firstly we are really happy that you are pleased with the fit and the quality of your order. We understand your frustrations regarding the Duty & Vat, this is an unfortunate side-effect of Brexit. We do however make this very clear with direct pop-ups, messages at the basket and throughout the shopping journey and within the T&C's which were accepted and point of checkout.

Very pleased with the speed of delivery however it would have been polite to contact me explaining that I would be receiving Black Boots not Green as I had ordered. However I am very pleased with fitting of the boots. I will be ordering when required in the future the discounted prices on items is very encouraging especially with the cost of living issues. 😊

Hi Brian, Thank you for reaching our regarding this issue! Unfortunately this seems to be a case of a miss-pick as opposed to a replacement. We would always contact you regarding an order if it could not be fulfilled correctly. In this instance we are conducting an internal review to see which team member needs a trip to specsavers! (Other opticians are available). I did try to call first thing this morning to see how we can best resolve this matter and correct the mistake. Hello Paul Sorry to hear you are not happy with the additional customs fees, unfortunately, they are outside of our control. After Brexit, we have tried to make it as clear as possible on our website that there will be additional charges for international and EU customers. Products are fine, should be more transparency on additional fees to eu countries, nasty sting in the tail from DHL when onsite it said no taxes. Put me off using the site again and I love the clothes

Unfortunately, we have no control over the additional fees and we can’t tell our customers what the cost would be exactly, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. This is my first time using your store and experience is mixed. Staff was helpful when I needed to change the size for the jacket ordered. Items arrived on time but color of jacket on website and color of jacket sent could not be more different. I will keep the jacket as sending it back to UK will cost an additional cash and time spent to for shipping. Hope this gets resolved for future buyers though.

I really appreciated the fast shipping and all the communication, but i was sent the wrong size, the box had the correct size marked on it, but the shoes inside were a different size.

I like the shirt but the button finishing leaves a bit to be desired. One of the buttons just fell off when I tried it on for the first time and another was loose. I fixed them myself as was less hassle for me than sending it back.

My purchase arrived quickly, but unfortunately I had to send it back ( to small), returned same day. Now waiting for response on replacement! Extremely disappointed that there no free return postage! Especially when it was quite an expensive purchase! The free postage to be honest is a huge let down!

Quality of both the Fila and Tachinni tops is very good. My items were delivered to another customer and theirs to mine. Had to take the unopened goods back to post office to return and received my goods later than required so a bit inconvenient.Communication was very good. Customer service was okay. Might have offered a small discount for inconvenience ?
