“I completed (and passed) the Fast Track Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering training with Metadata. The course was paced just right and the trainers had a wealth of experience and expertise that they were able share. I was able to immediately transfer my learning into practical work.”

“I have completed a number of BA courses with Metadata and have found them well organised and informative. The tutors adapt to the group to ensure the sessions move at the right pace and are happy to spend longer on a topic to make sure it is fully understood. I will be doing more courses with Metadata in the future.”

“1. What convinced you to choose Metadata Training? The booking staff were very responsive to my queries when booking the course. Metadata had a very flexible approach to the timing of the sessions and the exam schedule so that it could fit around my needs 2. How did you find the training? Stimulating, exhilarating and very effective. The instructor was very knowledgeable and structured the sessions very well. Clearly laid out manuals and practical examples. 3. What were the best aspects of the training? Small friendly groups of like minded individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Thoroughly enjoyed the webinar sessions and revision classes before the interview. 4. How has the training changed your career? It's made me much more confident of my abilities and more positive about applying for jobs after a long career break. 5. What would you say to others who are looking at the same course? Go for it! Metadata are great!”

“If you think that the "User Experience for Business Analysts" course is just about how to create lovely web pages, then you are in for a big surprise! In fact, it is an introduction to a fascinating area of how people interact with machines, and puts another set of valuable tools into the Business Analyst's toolkit. The course is given by an expert in the area of UX, and comes with a huge list of references. I enjoyed the course immensely, and I hope to eventually take the new BCS Foundation Certificate in UX exam with the help of what I learned.”

“Metadata Training Ltd is a great training provider. The facilities are excellent, the trainers are highly experienced & are great at articulating / going through the course material. Personally, I have been on a number of training courses, which are: BCS International Diploma Agile BA (Foundation) Agile BA (Practitioner) All the courses, I have been on - I have passed the exam at the first time of sitting. This is a testament to the training provided. In addition the level of support provided on the BCS International course is astonishing i.e. feedback from other delegates regarding the oral exam & oral preparation sessions led by Mike. “I thoroughly enjoyed the whole diploma bundle. I was doing hybrid role (PM/BA) and wanted to know more about business analysis tools and techniques and the Metadata training was exactly what I was looking for. Tutors were very experienced and supportive and the class size was just perfect where we could learn from each other as well. We had lot of option for lunches as well and it was delicious ! All the admin staff was great ,very responsive and supportive. I had to reschedule my course and I was able to do without any hassle unlike other training provider. Thank you again for everything and I look forward to do more training with you.”

The tutor was knowledgeable and gave plenty of excellent examples from his own career which helped to give a good understanding of the subject. Since completing the course i am delighted to say that I have moved from a fixed term contract to a full-time permanent contract as a Business Analyst ... with a 25% increase in salary.”

“I chose to do my BCS BA Diploma at Metadata as they offered the flexibility of doing the course over the weekend which suited me. I also found their customer service excellent at all times. I want to say thank you very much to the Trainers, Claudia Michalik, (BA Practice and Modelling Business Processes) Mike Eckersley (Requirements Engineering) and Richard Johnston (Commercial Awareness). The training was excellent, very professional, interactive, the material given is very good. I liked the group sessions as you get to work through scenarios and apply understanding, but also the fast pace as you are able if you so wish, to sit an exam at the end of a weekend course on the Sunday. I also enjoyed the interaction over lunch with everyone in the group, you get to know people a bit more. The Trainers are knowledgeable, with hands on Industry experience and very supportive. The training is given me better understanding of Business Analysis and its application and given me the confidence to seek a career in Business Analysis. I highly recommend Metadata Training. “I chose to study the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis with Metadata and can truly say the level of knowledge of the trainers is second to none. Both Mike's and Richard were all extremely helpful and I passed the modules with ease. (just had my Oral exam and awaiting result). Also the fact they run courses over the weekend is extremely helpful. Overall a great experience and I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about Business Analysis. “I just attended the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Change and had a great experience. The trainer was excellent and the real case studies really helped to put the theory into practice. The course material was comprehensive and well put together, containing a wide range of tools and techniques. This is the 3rd course I have taken with Metadata and I definitely recommend it.”

Dear Tope, Thank you for reviewing your experience with Metadata. We are always happy to hear from past delegates. I know you attended the Business Analysis Practice course 3 years ago. We did have a smaller room for our small classes then. However 2 years ago we moved to a new training venue near Old Street station close to the City. The venue has been designed by us and it provides state-of-the-art training facilities It also allows for easy interactions between delegates especially during group work. We do our best to provide the best facilities for delegates and make their experience as comfortable and enjoyable as we can. If we can improve on your experience always let us know. “Among several entities which provide business analysis training, Metadata Training stands out for the following reasons: 1- It offers courses in several different format and timing. 2- The instructors have both theoretical and most importantly practical experience. 3- Reasonable training fees. 4- Flexible schedule specially for overseas attendees. 4- BCS accreditation. I was registered in the weekend courses and I was so excited to stay long hours as some courses were really challenging and interesting to me. The instructors were distinguished because they share their valuable practical experience with the you. The one thing that distinguished the course was the rich amount of practice exercises and case studies. Both made me easily digest the subjects and pass the exams with no difficulties. The courses did enhance my quality of business analysis with better understanding to various analysis techniques. I become a better negotiator, deeper in analyzing issues, and fully aware about commercial aspects of projects. I do recommend Metadata Training Business Analysis Practice course for anyone serious about improving his/her analysis skills to better understand various techniques used and practice them in real world.”

“I chose Metadata because I needed a weekend course due to my tight schedules during the week and also for a good testimonial from a friend. I have had 2 courses with Metadata and I can attest to the fact that their instructors are really good and I love their teaching techniques. “I luckily came across Metadata by chance, whilst looking for BA courses. After speaking to the admin team, which were well informed and very helpful I decide to go with Matadata. I also liked the fact that Metadata seemed more personal and not so corporate in the way I was dealt with. The training provided was brilliant - small groups, a good balance of course material and teaching, the practical exercises and group discussions to reinforce the learning and reviews. The pre-course material and the additional exam prep material was invaluable and provided a good basis to start the course. The qualifications I have gained have helped me excel in my career and due to the practical, hands-on nature of the courses, it provided me the confidence to introduce and apply better processes and practices within my BA team and the wider department. Without a doubt I can say I would recommend the courses and Metadata to anyone wanting to complete their BA training.”
