“It is a training I will recommend for more people to come and have some experience. I have infant started to do so. It is a serene atmosphere for learning and the Tutor was very knowledgeable and supportive. I cleared the exams on first attempt. Thank you.”

“The course was paced correctly with relevant subject matter and a chance to share experiences around the room. The handbook and slide pack were good and the sample papers were instructive and sparked healthy debate. One small issue was that the case studies needed a little bit of a refresh.”

“Excellent tutor. Brought BA skills to life through real and invented examples. Gave some useful exam technique tips as well. Would have preferred an extra 1/2 day as course quite intense and although I passed I felt I needed longer to absorb and digest the learning”

“I attended Modelling Business Processes (having done 'Business Analysis Practice' with Metadata a few months previously) and found it to be a great course. Mike Eckersley guided us expertly through the key material and gave us the opportunity to test out our knowledge throughout the 2 days. The course material itself have proved to be an accessible and useful resource both during the course and as a take-away for checking on key modelling concepts in the real world. Also the group size was just right to help you discuss key themes. I'd very much recommend the course with Metadata.”

“I attended the Business analysis foundation course with Metadata training and it was one of the most productive courses I have ever attended. It was short , only two days, on a weekend, very interactive and exam focused. The knowledge and skills gained from this training have been valuable to my work and my employer.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The course material was excellent and I got to learn a lot quickly. I had valuable business insight with the practical case studies and working with other course participants. i can't imagine how else I could have understood the course material so quickly and enjoyed it as well!”

“The experience of the trainers was excellent. They successfully helped put the theory in to practice and gave plenty of real life examples, often humorous, that helped remember them! Since passing the course I have moved in to a new role at work and am using a lot of the skills I leant on the metadata training.”

“Metadata is not only a great place to learn and gain professional skills and qualifications; it is also very reasonably priced and you feel you get good value for your money! My employer took me on a few courses with QA and I was not at all impressed with content and service received I have recommended Metadata to a few people who have also been pleased at the end of their course”

“I studied four modules with Metadata as part of the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis. I'm new to the field of BA so I was apprehensive about diving in at the deep end, especially as I planned on doing the more intensive weekend courses. There's a lot of content to get through including plenty of new terminology, techniques and concepts. However, the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. The content delivery by the Metadata trainers was fantastic and, together with an extremely professional and responsive support team, I got through it all and passed the BCS interview on the first attempt. Highly recommended!”

“Metadata training was an easy choice from the outset, great location, facilities, excellent trainers, a high pass rate for exams and availability of courses during the weekends, it was a no brainer! The training courses run by Metadata are well planned out, clear and easy to follow with plenty of breaks to keep you refreshed. The best aspect of the course are the real life examples the trainers use and their ability to be flexible enough to field questions from everyone so that you have something meaningful to take away. The training I've had at Metadata has meant I've been able to implement changes within my business and grow within the team, Metadata has put me on a track for continuous improvement and will future-proof my career path going forward For anyone looking to undertake professional training I would highly recommend this provider and personally look forward to my next course!”

“I've taken two courses with Metadatatraining this year, in Business Analysis Practice and Requirements Engineering. The trainer was excellent at breaking concepts down and providing us with plenty of examples and illustrations from their considerable experience. The course material was clearly presented and always backed up with detailed supplementary case studies for further revision. The group was small, friendly, and everyone was happy to engage with the material, which made for a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere full of encouragement. The venue was easy to reach, and the facilities were welcoming with plenty of refreshments to keep us going. The head office support is also very strong too. I recommend them very highly as a training provider and wouldn't hesitate to use them in future. Mike”

“I would gladly recommend Metadata training. I took the BA req Engineering course which was taught by fantastic teacher Dawn. The course material was excellent and the teaching was very good. The only downside which is not a fault of Metadata is the length of the course. I feel the course should be a 4-5 day course because we felt rushed as we had to cover a lot during the 3 day plus exam.”

“I enjoyed attending the business analysis and requirements engineering courses. The tutors are professional and engaging. Well versed in the subjects and interact so well with the candidates. As a new entrant into the field of business analysis, the courses were a great introduction to what I would need to succeed in this field. I would definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to enrol for these and more courses.”

“As a Contractor, one of the primary reasons why I chose Metadata Training was the availability of weekend courses. The information provided on their website is easy to read and there are different options to pay. The booking process is easy and the team at Metadata respond to queries fairly quickly. There is a lot of material to go through (especially for the 'Requirements Engineering' course). However, the training facilitators are experienced and are able to distill information in a manner that is easy to digest and remember for exams. The best aspects of training are the facilitators. I had Mike Eckersley for a couple of my courses and he keeps the material fresh with practical examples and he checks for understanding with us throughout the weekend course. Having completed a couple of courses has helped me as a Business Analyst. I am able to easily put theory into practice and having a more disciplined approach to business analysis can only enhance our profession. I do think BCS needs to offer training courses that cover 'Agile' as this seems to be the 'new' way of working, and I think training organisations such as Metadata are more than able to offer those courses (they do off the BCS Agile course). Whilst APMG and Scrum Alliance 'Agile' courses are gaining momentum, BCS courses are still the primary qualification that is recognised by recruiters and employers alike. Whilst BCS tends to veer to more 'Waterfall' ways of working, the courses offer a solid base to build your skills as a Business Analyst. I would recommend training courses offered by Metadata - especially if you get Mike Eckersley as your training facilitator.”
