“Not being exactly sure as to what level of equipment would suit me I had a long telephone conversation with a sales advisor who discussed mmy exact requirements and took the time to explain my many options. I was then able tp purchase equipment that not only suited my immediate requirements but would be suitable for other areas that I hadn't considered. They were extremely helpful and kept me on the right track without any pressure.”

“I ordered from The Netherlands. The items I ordered arrived very quickly but before that I received a phone call to confirm details and to check suitability of the item I ordered. This wasn't the most expensive tool from this vendor (quite the opposite). If this is the level of service offered for small items I would strongly recommend this vendor to anyone especially professionals who rely on genuine support from people who clearly know the products they sell. I generally can't be bothered with feedback but I was impressed and this supplier deserves positive feedback for the service provided.”

Hi Gary, We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your original invoice. We send an email to customers once an order has been dispatched which contains a pdf copy of their invoice along with tracking details for the shipment. We also attach a hardcopy of each invoice to the package. “The Leica is an excellent laser measuring tool. I am very happy to have one again. I have owned another model before but it sadly disappeared from a building site. I still have the tripod which I use for my camera now. I am sure my luck has turned and that I will now win the prize.”

As per our conversation at the time this has now been replaced by the new Rugby 810 model which features an improved robust design, best in class IP Rating and an upgraded Li-ion battery & laser detector.
