“Although I have never bought anything from Merlin Lazer before, I found their website to be very clear, the online order process was straightforward, and their prices were good. Once my order was placed on a Monday morning around 8am, there were regular emails advising me of the status of my order and its delivery, which arrived at my office the next day around 11am, in well-protected packaging. I was very impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”

“What can I say , I called with minutes to spare before the UPS man came to pick up his collections . We rushed our order through ,he called me back 15 minutes later to say your equipment is on its way . Next day I got my equipment . 10 /10 simples”

“From time of placing order to delivery very good, however the melin lazer I have had for the last 10years, until two weeks ago worked better than this one, at least I could see the red lines this new model the lines are so faint they are impossible to see, perhaps it needs a new battery but I shouldn't have to do this with a new tool, I will try new batteries before I send it back. regards John Hastings 9 Kingsley Court The Pines Welwyn Garden City Herts”
