“Great service and prompt delivery, no problems supplier-side. The original battery in the Protimeter lasted five minutes of my first site inspection. The replacement has lasted much longer, so the issue isn't with the damp meter itself. I realise this is feedback more relevant to Protimeter than Merlin Lazer.”

“Tried to order this online via my tablet but it crashed and I didn't want to repeat in case I got charged twice. Monica phoned me the following day to ask whether there was a problem and I explained. She promised next day delivery when we ordered and sure enough the order arrived via UPS the day after we ordered. Brilliant service!”
