“They were out of stock of the chest I ordered despite the website saying they had availability, had to change colour- slighlty annoying.... then I asked for a specific delivery date but the item never showed up then arrived on the weekend at my work address. Slightly annoying for an expensive item! Followed up with email saying that I was disappointed- no response. The suitcase is nice quality but wouldnt buy from them again”

“The photo books are lovely. I mistakenly thought the 'remember when' book was the same size as the other books in the series and think £18 is slightly overpriced for that but otherwise, I am very pleased with the quality and the a4 size christmas story. It goes beautifully with the purchased in the series. A lovely gift for new parents.”
