“We purchased a red berry keepsake case to honor the memory of our son who passed away in April 2023. Our original case was stolen from our front steps, and Alison was unbelievably kind and professional with sending a replacement case to replace the lost one. “I'm really not happy with the name printing on the tag on the large keepsafe box. The font should have been changed to look more elegant. The tag looks extremely cheap!! I also purchased the keepsafe folder and the name printing was on a piece of card. Once again looks cheap. Not worth its money. I would not recommend to anyone.”
