“If I could give 6 stars I would, for fast delivery overseas, and excellent back up customer service. Stuart goes above and beyond. Pity some of my local suppliers haven't the same approach to the customers, as they could learn from Stuart's business ethics and customer support! I would have no hesitation in recommending Mellor and I'm an overseas customer. Prompt responses to queries and fast turnaround with orders/deliveries.”

“I have used Mellor for a few years and would normally give 5 stars [ good stockholding, keen prices, reasonable delivery charges and attentive helpline]. However, latest transaction got tangled up in the Xmas period and there was some confusion about when the website would be open for ordering. This caused some mild embarrassment with my client. Highly recommended.”

Please note: that the service you selected at checkout was our Royal Mail 1st Class service priced at £3.75+vat, in 98% of cases customers' parcels will arrive the next working day. This service is 1-3 working days. All items placed are shipped on the same day if ordered by 4 pm. After checking the delivery time of your item, I can see it was delivered within 3 working days. Hi Andrew, thank you for your review and for having a chat with me via email regarding your issue with the Fuel tank which is item (M7881) https://bit.ly/3yH8odx. The fuel tank is advertised as suitable for Ebersapcher and Webatso heaters, this is a none branded product, which is manufactured by us. All our manufactured products are at the same level of quality, but a lot cheaper than the branded name fuel tanks.

“Very competitive on price and faultless customer service. There were a couple of incorrect parts shipped, which was a little frustrating and could have been very irritating but for the friendly on knowledgable technical support and the prompt shipment of replacements.”
