“Nothing other than great service. This was the first time I’d serviced my heater so my knowledge was very limited. I received clear and comprehensive advice which solved the problems. New parts arrived two days later and now all up and running .. thoroughly recommend”

“I'm surprised to find a UK dealer with this kind of service. Very fine prices, also shipping cost to my country Norway was very affordable, in total about half price compared to my local stores! Parts was very well wrapped, was dispatched within a day, and came to my mailbox in a few days. I wish more UK companies could give this kind of professional service. Thumbs up!”
