“I have used Mellor for a few years and would normally give 5 stars [ good stockholding, keen prices, reasonable delivery charges and attentive helpline]. However, latest transaction got tangled up in the Xmas period and there was some confusion about when the website would be open for ordering. This caused some mild embarrassment with my client. Highly recommended.”

“Mellor Online are fantastic, very helpful and usually keeps good levels of stock for all heaters and accessories. Only let down by Parcelforce in my area delivering 24hr packages 3 days late but I am sure if I called rather than ordered online another courier could have been arranged.”

If you are having issues in your area with Parcelforce, we are more than happy to send via U.P.S, 99.9% of the time we have no issues with our partner Parcelforce but are aware some customers prefer other options when it comes to their shopping company, which are more than happy to provide.

“Mellor Online had everything I needed to retrofit a Chinese diesel heater with essential as well as better parts. However, shipping to here in the EU proved to be problematic involving six hours spent dealing with my country's customs, emailing, printing, signing and scanning documents. Even though Mellor Online has you pay the import fee on the UK side, your package to the EU will still get held up in customs for a day or two minimum due to the paperwork.”

Thank you for your valved feedback, we at Mellor Online are trying our best for our EU customers to make it as quick as possible, by sending all items VAT PAID via UPS, but sometimes it all depends on the customs authorities in that country, some are very fast and some do take longer, but this is out of our control.

“Purchased a fuel standpipe for my my VW T4 so I could plumb my diesel heater into the vans fuel tank, had most of the kick left over, but cannot fault the service, competitive prices and prompt delivery, most definitely would use again and recommend”
