“The business stocks parts compatible with Eberspacher, Webasto, MiKuni and Autoterm, (Planar)and can offer good advice over the phone. Prices are not excessive and carriage is a reasonable fixed rate for most orders. An arrangement made for pick-up at the business had to be cancelled at the last minute and the goods were posted to me free instead. Good service.”

“I recently ordered a Webasto service kit from Mellor. It was by far the cheapest on the web and so I fully expected an OEM third-party kit to arrive. I was delighted to get a genuine Webasto item. On that basis, I will always use this company in the future.”

“Mellor Online... I stumbled across them while searching for a UK based supplier, not only did I get a competitive price the service was top notch too (I say this on the back of an initial technical issue I had with the heater) I have used Mellor Online since and will continue to do so. In regards to Eberspacher heaters: I have had campers for more than 20 years, my first camper came with an old BT heater already fitted, the heater when I got it was 5 years old, I used it for another 5 years before selling the vehicle with the same heater still working. Fast forward 15 years and you can buy a Chinese 'copy' for 1/10th of the price of my current Eberspacher S2D2L, however, they are worlds apart in every aspect, the Eberspacher burns less fuel, makes less noise, consumes less DC power, and won't soot up like the Chinese ones, I speak from experience as when I sold my last camper I wanted to keep the old heater so replaced it with a Chinese one. Having to wet nurse a heater to get it to work was an eye-opener, as was having to turn it off before bed because they don't shut off even when they reach the set-point temp.”
