“This is a good product and I definitely feel different having taken it daily for the past 3 months. My hair is growing longer after usually stalling at shoulder length, and I have had fewer spaced-out tired periods in work. Overall I would recommend if you need to improve your health. Note that it doesn't contain iron so you may need to buy Ferratin pills separately. Also - the Berry splash flavour tastes good, the citrus fruits one is horrible!”
