“They took £400 out of account and allowed me to deposit even know I had a limit of £10 I have sent 8 emails in 9 days still had no response. Disgusting service ! I’m still awaiting for a reply how can you just take my money, they don’t seem to take There gaming limits seriously. The company does not seem like a serious company.”

“Cheaters!!! They do not want to withdraw the winnings. I've been waiting for 2 months. My documents were verified, I sent cards and address confirmation several times and they kept telling me that I sent a duplicate. Silence for some time, they do not reply to e-mails, etc. Thieves!!! Avoid mega casino like the plague!!!”

“Just stay away from this casino. This is the most dishonest casino I have ever played at! I won NOK 18,500 but they demanded back NOK 13,000 because they thought I had used a bonus I have never used. In addition, I could have a sports bonus and a casino bonus but in the rules it says that it is not allowed, I was paid NOK 2,000 from sports but they took NOK 13,000 from the casino. withdrawals also take a very long time, they do this so that you can use your money. generally poor user support, you are also often kicked out in the middle of a game. Long way. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CASINO.”

“Avoid this site, shocking. Happy to accept your money, but as soon as you want to withdrawal they ignore you, no replies to emails, live chat is an a joke. Have been waiting weeks for my money, all documents have been verified. I suggest using Resolver to complain, it is a free site that will log all your correspondence with mega casino. Please contact gambling commission if having same issue, so that this site can be investigated.”

“NEVER USE THIS SITE! Biggest scam ever, you will win and never receive a penny, they will make you jump through loops asking you for ID and proof of address but you will never be able to withdraw your funds. I had £1,3090 and kissed it goodbye.”

“This company is a disgrace to online gambling sites, will not pay out winnings as they the ID could not be verified. Should ID not be verified before depositing money, due to Money Laundering. I have emailed them about twenty times and left messages on the live chat, that in itself a complete lie, as how can it be live chat when no one ever responds. disgrace, this site need fully shut down and a full investigatioin from the relevant bodies carried out.”

“I can not believe the way they deal with things at megacasino, so on the 17th of april 2022 i won £950 to be delight they paid me the money with in 2 days. No however on the 27th of April 2022 i won £1700 i made a withdrawal request for £1650. after verifying my account for the 10th time.. so today i had a email saying, withdrawal declined it has been reversed. They did not put the money back on my account they have manually made a withdrawal request for £100 to my card without my consent, so they ran off with the other £1550 i kept receipts, screenshots. I can't believe this. is there anything i can do about this. i have emailed and hope they fix it and i hope it is just a error. surely this literally has to be robbery and fraud?. Can someone please get back to me on here thank you.”
