“Lady who took order was very pleasant and helpful just before closing time on day of order. Order was delivered very early and we were kept Fully informed. Regret have not had feedback from recipient but Will try to find out and advise yourselves.”

“Ordered the chocolate and orange wreath cake for a family get together at Christmas, so prompt delivery was important. Customer Service was very prompt and reassuring about my concerns, but as it turned out I needed have been worried. The delivery service was excellent. And the cake was excellent as well.”

“The Cake was BIG :) very moist and really excellent, my wife, the cake afficionado rated it highly, my one personal observation, there is more Icing than I am used to. Delivery and communications were also top notch, we had an issue with the tin being dented on delivery (The Courier were responsible), on contacting, we received an apology and replacement immediately. Frankly, I'm not sure how this level of service can be improved on. No hesitation in recommending and thank you Meg Rivers.”

“The order process was quick and easy to navigate online. I ordered some goodies to be sent as gifts this Christmas in advance. The deliveries were all made on the day requested. I will definitely be using Meg Rivers Artisan Bakery again.”
