“Five Stars 🌟 Fantastic experience. Customer service and service delivery were first rate. Professional, polite, helpful company and team. Ordered cakes and Retro reusable cake tins, for special Birthday and Christmas presents, for myself, family and friends. Easy to order items; great communication, kept informed of delivery and goods arrived on time, carefully and beautifully packaged. Nothing was damaged and everything was in perfect condition. Delicious, moist cakes, extremely fresh and scrummy. Delighted with everything! I would definitely recommend and will be ordering more from Meg River’s Artisan Bakery, in the future.”

“Cake looked beautiful. Unfortunately the icing was cloyingly sweet making it inedible. What happened to Royal icing? Just enough sweet to eat Disappointed!”

Good Morning Kathleen, I am sorry if you were expecting royal Icing but we've never made cakes with royal icing for many reasons including the fact that they don't travel as well. Our Marzipan Topped Christmas cake has the same recipe fruit cake but with just lovely marzipan and no icing at all. kindest wishes, Jess

“We tried last year to order these lovely mince pies but were sold out so We ordered early this year to make sure we were able to get them. They were a really lovely taste and very light and we will hopefully be ordering again next Christmas”

“A beautiful cake, stylishly wrapped and packaged with care, that arrived soon. It looked gorgeous and the taste did not disapoint - squidgy, but not too much. Pieces of ginger were complementary and added that extra umph. We all devoured it, (excellent with coffee).”
