“I got loads of compliments on the quality of the cake - really pleased with the service too, very helpful customer service department who gave excellent advise about delivery timing. This was a plain cake we wanted to decorate with flowers, and it looked perfect and I thought the price was very reasonable.”

“Cake was delivered on time in perfect condition. It tastes just like an "old fashioned" wedding cake and is delicious and moist and very 'more ish'. Husband very pleased with his birthday cake. Well done to all the bakers and everyone else involved.”

“The cakes were delicious but initial delivery came with one cake damaged by careless couriers, Meg Rivers put this right by delivering a replacement but this was a worry we could have done without. There were no clear instructions for assembly of the cakes or for how to attach the self-assembly sugar roses.”

“Excellent products that the recipient appreciated but I was disappointed that I didn't get a response to my email. As soon as I placed the order I realised I'd out the wrong delivery address, there was no way to change this once I'd placed the order so I emailed to explain the issue amd ask if the address could be changed. I understand that this may not have been possible but I did not receive any response at all which was disappointing.”
