“I have been ordering Meg Rivers cakes for several years. There was never a problem with the delivery. But this year the cake was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately 3 days later a neighbour called to deliver the cake. I understand the drivers are under enormous pressure at this time of the year. We thought the parcel had been stolen. But in the end all was well. And my friends are already enjoying the cake. Best wishes Mrs U.Cross”

“Excellent customer support, help and assistance from Alice Wragg. Your payment handling system seems to want make the cardholder's address the delivery address. The gift message disappears until the last minute too. But the cakes were well received in Scotland. Thank you.”
