“I would highly recommend the 3 tier Wedding Cake with White Lustre Roses. Initial enquiries were answered immediately with friendly responses. Delivery was on time and the cake arrived well wrapped and without any damage...tracking information was provided. The cake itself was simply beautiful, easily assembled and tasted delicious. Thank you to all at Meg Rivers”

“What a fab company, they totally delivered on everything. The cake was packaged carefully and was delivered on the day I requestedf and it is everything you could wish for in a fruit wedding cake. I will definitely buy from Meg Rivers again Thank you.”

“Delivery faster than lightning and contents so delicious, which is what I have come to expect from Meg Rivers. This company gives Bettys a run for their money. In fact I would say their products surpass Bettys by a country mile. Better service too. Grateful thanks to all concerned.”

“The damaged lid was replaced very speedily. My sister is keeping the Christmas pudding for my summer (!) visit, and, with amazing restraint, has yet to try the shortbread; so I can't comment on the edibles (tho' I'm sure they are as excellent as Meg's products always are, but the way Jess dealt with replacing the damaged lid was exemplary - thank you!”

“I have been a Meg Rivers customer for decades now- since it was Meg herself who was in charge. The quality has never varied - always top class and because the best ingredients are always used, the cakes genuinely taste like those from a good 'home baker' (I am fortunate to come from such a family !) and not what we, when children, would have referred to rather disparagingly as 'shop bought'. Obviously, since no corners are being cut, this quality comes at a higher price than what one might get in, say, a supermarket, but it is definitely worth it ! The range of products available is also very good and I can always find something to suit the recipients and occasions for which I am choosing. Yes, the great majority of my purchases are gifts and they are always appreciated - and in the case of Cake Club members, looked forward to. Finally, I often put in my orders by phone and the friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the family make the process a pleasure.”
