“Excellent products that the recipient appreciated but I was disappointed that I didn't get a response to my email. As soon as I placed the order I realised I'd out the wrong delivery address, there was no way to change this once I'd placed the order so I emailed to explain the issue amd ask if the address could be changed. I understand that this may not have been possible but I did not receive any response at all which was disappointing.”

“Lovely individually wrapped cakes, perfect for my dad to make last throughout the week. Delivery company messed up but customer service at Meg Rivers was onto it straight away and sent out another batch. Very pleased, lovely tin too!”

“This rating should really be 7 out of 5 for the extra bother you take. My always-wonderful moist fruit cake arrived this morning, about 10.55 am, and my "moist fruit cake addicted" husband has already carried out his usual moist- fruitcake-testing-ritual, and declared your cake, yet again, to be the best gorgeously, fruity, moist and succulent fruitcake he has ever eaten. I enjoy it too, but don't share his level of expertise! (He's been carefully testing fruit-cakes since he was a sub-teenager. Thankyou to for always being so helpful. Linda Dupret 🤗”
